“I came across this, crew if I may and they were such team players. They all greeted me when I came in and had smiles on their faces. But the service was even better. I didn't catch their names like I should have but it was two women and one man. I know the man's name is Will. And for the two women they were plus William, great conversation holders. Not too much and not too little. And the food dressed amazingly and everything was fresh, it had my taste buds screaming for more. Thank you.“

You don't find too many people with such warming customer service. He made me feel special and made my day. “I normally don’t write reviews but I have to give it when it’s due. I went to get breakfast today (2/1/2023) I was greeted very kindly. She paid attention to detail and neatly prepared my food. Also wrapped my sandwich in foil and sealed it so it would stay hot. I haven’t received preparation like this before . Thank you for starting off my day ‼️ 10/10 I recommend this location.“

“I bought large order. The website very easy to use. When I got to store my order was ready sealed for freshest and my Receipt had my Name very large so you can read your name. Staff greeted everyone who walked in. I ended up ordering one more sandwich ? and it was well made .None of my sandwiches were prepared sloppy.“

I asked her at least twice not to talk over my order, but then the other employee felt insured by my request and stated firmly that they had to communicate. Excuse me, but what communication needed to take place over my order, it wasn't a new employee and it wasn't about anything over my order so she should not have been talking while preparing my meal. And this lady was very short so her breath was just a foot over my meal while preparing. I told them I did not want it and went to another Subway and reported the incident to headquarters...I haven't been back since and that was my favorite Sunway..“

“I don't know what some of the one stars on here are complaining about, I've been here dozens of times in the years I've been at this station and it's been good every time. They've always been polite, respectful, and made my food exactly to my wishes never missing a beat. Awesome staff, and the food is always good. I've yet to have a bad experience at this location in any capacity from cleanliness to attitude of staff.“
