The most delicious ice-cream anywhere around. We routinely order the Cookie Monster (aka cookies n cream) and couldn't be happier. What makes the Rahm Haus Cookie Monster extra cool is that it's colored blue and the blue color doesn't come from food coloring, but rather "blue spirulina phycocyanin" which is a type of blue algae. In the Lower Garden District, Rahm Haus has an amazing location in a cute neighborhood by Margaret Park. Attached to this ice cream shop is a brewery and fine vintage furniture shop. The signage is pretty good, but to get to the ice cream counter, you will have to walk past the brewery bar. When I went, most flavors were based on Zodiac signs. Rahm Haus definitely has NOLA culture in mind as they craft flavors. You may purchase a cone. You can try up to 3 samples before purchasing....read full review
