“The food for the majority of times we have gone is good, sometimes it tastes off but the best time to go is for lunch when food is fresh.I don't always like the music choice but they keep the volume low enough that if in conversation you can just ignore it.The employees are very sweet and always smile when they greet or give a farewell to customers. The lady that works at the cash register remembers my family so when we come in about once or twice a month she is happy to welcome us in.“

“The best Lo Mein I've ever had. I won't even eat Lo Mein at any other restaurant anymore because it never comes close to being as good as City Cafe. I can honestly say that anything I've ever eaten here is delicious and trust me I've tried just about everything on the menu. Not to mention the fact that the owners are so nice and the prices are very reasonable.“

“We've been to East Dragon a few times when we are in the mood for Chinese food, but don't want to leave the area. The food is made fresh and is good. It's not the best I've ever had, but if you're in the mood for Chinese food that is fresh, not a buffet, they are a good place to go. I've had several items on their menu and have never been disappointed.“
