“The negative: Parking lot was small; had a difficult time getting my truck out after someone parked near me while I was dining. Was also there 5 to 10 minutes before I had the waitress’s attention. The positive: Food was absolutely outstanding. Roux was perfect. Remoulade was close to world class; I’ve had it in 5 star restaurants in Vegas that wasn’t this good. Kind of food you travel a bit to get to. I’ll put up with the negatives if that’s indicative of the rest of their menu.“

“Been here a few times and always enjoyed my main meal. This time I ordered the lamb loin. So so good. One time I ordered the Indonesian stir-fried noodles and that was incredible. Highly recommend that. Also ordered two bottles of wine which were great. Atmosphere inside is fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Outstanding in all aspects! We got to town a little late & stopped in just for a lite bite & drinks. The oysters, black and blue tips & wine were so wonderful we returned after business the next night to try more. Round 2 included the Feta Whipped Brussels, Creole French dip & Duck + Butter beans. I’ve driven past this unassuming deli countless times, never giving it a second glance. But today, I decided to stop in around 8:45 AM, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The breakfast I ordered was not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying.

The price point is comparable to McDonald's, but the quality and portion sizes are on another level. I was thrilled to see they offer breakfast burritos and pancakes, which I’m definitely trying on my next visit. If you’re looking for a tasty, affordable breakfast spot, don’t sleep on this hidden gem!“

“My food was excellent ! I live in the neighborhood and wish I would have explored this place sooner. I came here for restaurant week and had the sensation salad, ribeye, and tres leche. I was no disappointed I spoke to the owners while there and they were sweet. The man even opened the door when I was coming in and asked me how I was doing and engaged in conversation. I was impressed. My server was sweet but not too attentive. I sat there for a while before she came over to ask me if I was okay in which I was not lol 😀. I needed more dressing. They were not busy but she was just not attentive but it's all good. Overall I would be back and I do recommended.“

“The food was amazing. We enjoyed the Sunday brunch menu which included the French onion soup, fried oyster salad and for entrees we ate the New Orleans Crab Cake Benedict and Short Rib Benedict. The manger was so gracious as to give me a small bottle of champagne to take home since all the desserts were made with chocolate and I am allergic. We will definitely be back for the dinner menu. Fantastic table side service, beautiful ambiance and excellent master chef food.“

“One more triple threat in the BR food market. Service, presentation, and quality of the food was exceptional. The whole staff was on point, our server Emma was fast, knowledgeable, and kept us engaged all evening. I had a Steak Burger, which was one of the best I've ever had. The couple dining with me had the salmon and a rack of ribs, which they said was delicious. Cocktails were straight FIYA. Definitely stop in if you want a great experience on Bluebonnet.“

“I've gotten breakfast and lunch here a few times and I enjoy their food.

Wish their hours were a bit longer (such as dinner hours) because I really enjoy the food but I'm happy to stop in for lunch every once in awhile.“

“We stayed at the hotel a couple of months ago when we dropped off our oldest at school. We decided to grab a late night bite and some drinks before going back to the room and let me tell you it didnt disapoint!!!! The red fish plate was delicious!! The bartender was very friendly and even made me a lavender drink bc I had told him I loved anything lavender. I have been craving the red fish ever since we came back to Dallas and want to go back to just for that specific plate. Everything was good the fish, mashed potatoes the only thing was the asparagus needed a little more seasoning but that was about it. I highly recommend this little place“
