The Steak Tartare and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice are some of our faves and the Timesaver was an inventive and delicious drink.
I liked that the Staff had great recommendations and the Manager made us feel really welcome and checked to make sure everything was good.
I have not made Happy Hour yet but def on my radar because it goes til 6pm and also Bingo Night looks like a good time to break up the work week monotony.“

“My family likes coming when we can for karaoke. The guy who runs it is awesome and because he uses videos from youtube, it makes it easy to practice at home before going out. Bonus is the drinks are always good too. Their seasonal drinks are always worth trying. Their king cake martini is good and I had a summer cocktail once that tasted like angel food cake.“

Two days later, we went back to try the alligator sandwich and some charbroiled oysters also spot Definitely would not call this a tourist trap. It’s like most of Nola, funky, functional and fun. “Don’t sleep on the Schooner! They were happy to put an obscure soccer match on a big screen for us, cook us delicious food (the fish and chips were a highlight, as were the weekend special Buffalo chicken dip egg rolls), and pour us some great drinks. Amazing vibes during the day and at night, wonderful staff (hi guys!) and cozy atmosphere. Can’t recommend highly enough.“

“Great spot, one of my absolute favorites in NOLA. Meghan is incredible and always takes good care of my group when I’m in! I also went for the first time on a Friday afternoon recently and found out that they make a special lemon garlic butter that they put on steaks and stuff, only available on Fridays. I ordered a tuna steak and they put that on there, oh my. Will definitely be back for lunch next time I’m in town.“

The establishment itself is horrible. Leaks everywhere. The woman’s bathroom is completely wet. If you need to go you will get wet and the toilet paper is wet. See the video.“
“Hadn't been here in years. I decided to unwind and relax after work one day last week. Glad I did! It was dart night so there was a bunch of people came in around 6:00 pm but between 5 and 6 pm it was rather quiet and we had a pizza and cheese sticks. Both food items were really good. The owner and his son were very nice. Had a good time and look forward to going back for drinks, food and good company!“
