If you’re a seafood lover, this spot is an absolute must-visit! It’s about 10 minutes from the city. From the moment pulling up , you can smell the seasoning from the seafood. It’s edible for everyone when it comes to spices . If you like it really spicy ask for some spicy sauce.

The shrimp boil was packed with juicy shrimp, corn, and potatoes, all cooked to perfection and I added in that mouthwatering buttery garlic sauce with some spicy sauce!! 10 out of 10. My absolute favorite, though, was the crawfish though —JUICY , SEASONED , and so fresh it practically melt in my mouth. I brag to EVERYONE about the CRAWFISH.

The service was top-notch, too. Wally at the front counter was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, even offering great recommendations for pairings.

What really impressed me was the balance between quality and value. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and every bite felt like a treat.

“I started to call this place a "best kept secret", but I'm not sure how much of a secret it can be with 2 or 3 customers inside this small store seemingly at ALL TIMES. An employee at nearby OPSB told me their gumbo was great - I went once and now I go back almost every time I'm on the west bank. it's an unassuming small shop that sells eveything from seafood (whole crab, crawfish, fish plates, etc) to random cash register fodder. Dont be distracted though- get the gumbo.“

“For gas station food this was some of the best I’ve had. I ordered wings and a friend seafood plate with fried rice. The wings are very similar to KFC hot wings but better. Even their Red Dragon sauce is similar to the KFC candy apple wing sauce from the early 2000s. Will definitely come back for the wings.“

Well to make long story short i locked myself out of the truck with my phone inside also. “This restaurant is a must stop EVERY time I’m in town visiting family. My Lawd I always get the shrimp sandwich on bun but I got the hot sausage patties po-boy as well this time. Also grabbed a pound of shrimp and a pound of crawfish. I know I was being big eyed because I was hungry but I didn’t regret it because everything was good, per usual. My mom tasted the crawfish and looovvveeed the favor. I got the regular spice level and she said it was just right, not too spicy. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.“
