“Grest variety of food and trays are constantly being refilled. Waitststaff are friendly and quick to pick up empty plates. My only complaint is they keep the restaurant too cold even in the winter. So cold that your food cools off before you can finish.“

“Food is absolutely delicious every time!! The owners focus on the quality and taste of their food. This is not a place to eat in with the family, there are no aesthetics but don’t let that be why you don’t try it. Don’t be fooled. The experience is in the food! Best Asian food in Chicopee in my opinion. I recommend the salt and pepper wings (these are spicey but the best wings you’ll ever have), their lo mein is really good, Godzilla roll for sushi, and our favorite is their beef Ramen ? Prices are fair but food taste, quantity, and quality is worth the their prices. Owner is super sweet and always a pleasure to talk to when ordering food. 100% recommend!“

“REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD POISONING Order food with a friend on Doordash from this restaurant and everything he had was fine, my hibachi teriyaki chicken I ate made me violently sick to my stomach and I’ve been throwing up at work, and I still feel very unwell. I was perfectly fine all day, this was the first thing I even ate today as well. I became unwell half an hour after eating the chicken. Called the restaurant asking nicely if I could get a refund for the one item that was mine and I was told “this chicken hasn’t made anyone else sick all day so maybe you’re having an off day” and “our hands are tied” and they refused to give me a refund for food I can’t even finish the leftovers of. It shouldn’t matter if everyone else ate it and was fine all day, if a customer gets sick from food from your establishment it’s common decency to give them a refund for their unpleasant experience and troubles. I shouldn’t have to come here and write a bad review because of how upset I am or take it a step further and be a jerk to them on the phone or in person to get my money back, I’m not that kind of person.. but I came here to express what I had to deal because I’m very upset I spent money on something that made me unwell and I can’t even finish... 🤷🏻♀️🙄“
