“First time at Milanos, very good experience. The two people behind the bar were efficient and friendly — I had a spicy marg and a tasty spritz with strawberry and fig. Friendly patrons at the bar. Pizza was delicious. Alfredo and manicotti both good. Very welcoming environment. It’s an hour drive for us and we will for sure be back.“

“Well, the food is delicious. I love what I order and it’s wonderful every single time… But nearly every single time there’s something wrong with my order. I specifically said no cheese, there was cheese… I asked for sweet potato fries. there were regular fries… Believe me , I ate everything but it’s upsetting, not sure who or where the fault lies the person who orders it or the cooks who aren’t reading it, but again food is unbelievably good.“

“We had my baby shower at John’s Pizzeria in Chicopee, and the experience was amazing! Booking was easy, and the staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. They even let us decorate, which made everything feel so special. Our waitress, Dailene, was phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed. The owner also came out to check on us, which really showed how much they care about their customers. 10000/10 experience! I highly recommend this place if you’re planning an event. “We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. “I'm local to this place and go frequently. 90% of the baked goods are vegan and theres 3 or 4 menu/sandwich options that are delicious and vegan. On Sundays the owner makes bombolini, and lately there has been atleast one option that is vegan. All the food is perfect every time I go, the coffee is fantastic too.“

Rustic, quiet small interior, with the SWEETEST woman at the counter. We ordered the combination pizza, and its made so fresh, and looks like a masterpiece. Tastes like heaven. However, The service I would say is not. There is multiple times I have called and they answer and say they are closed or they open later than what the time they have advertised online. It seems like they open and close whenever they feel like it. I called today to order food. They answered and said they were closed today. I asked why does online say they are open. He said. Something came up and we aren’t open til tomorrow. But as I said. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve called on a Monday. Closed. When online says open. I’ve called on other occasions. And they are like we open at 2. When online says 12.
I get situations happen. Here and there. But with a restaurant, They need to have some more consistency.“

“Stopped here on my way from Mass to Bradley (because to hell with expensive airport food, and I like to support local) to grab lunch, and I was not disappointed. Ordered a mini pizza, which at 10" was more than enough for 1. Fresh chicken, bacon and tomatoes, delicious tomato base, overall a very good pizza. I sat at one of the 3 barstools to eat a bit before I headed out, great spot to watch cars/people. Nice little place. Friendly staff.“

“The food wasn't full of wildly harmfull elements like mercury, which was convenient. I also almost got ran over, which was mildly eventful. Whatever, nobody wants to have fun in society anymore. Overall an intrinsically adequate experience. People were chill, cold even. Next time I hope they fix there mariachi band, as they are stuck on kpop mode.“

“The original owner is back so we decided to order for the first time in a long time. It was a blast from the past! Same great food and service. Excellent pepperoni pizza, eggplant parm grinder, and meatballs. Their awesome sauce is back too! We were regulars until a few years ago and we’ll be regulars again.“

Note, a large at home for us barely feeds our family of 6, but the large here is much bigger and we ordered that and more as we were hungry but had had way too much food, lol!
