“Moved here from yelp: I always have a great experience at this location. The management staff are fantastic, even though I miss the ones that have since moved on to other locations (Burlington) or jobs. They always give a friendly greeting and modify drink orders to be just right. I also love that the Cafe Nero app has a student email verification for drink discounts - makes it more cost efficient than Dunkin or starbies.
One note is that you need to ask for the matcha to be made darker green if that floats your boat, and it makes you pay extra for that in the app. The actual matcha powder is quite good though.
One more note is that I have noticed the sandwiches have less content in them then they used to, to the point where now there are entire bites of just bread. I definitely have to inspect the sandwood options now before purchase and cannot buy them on the app ahead of time due to this.“

“Just oversaw my 3rd high tea event at this lovely, charming cafe and, all 27 of my guests had a fabulous time! The petit sandwiches, homemade scones and delectable desserts are so, so delicious, and so very filling! Many tea choices too! Great place for a baby or bridal shower, birthday party, company event, etc…. Also, breakfast and lunch on some days during the week. Lots of parking and right on Main St in Hudson. Today I went and perhaps there was someone new on the line, I ordered a grandmas meatball and it did not have any basil or garlic aioli on it. “I first tried this place while working at one of the businesses in the industrial park in which it is situated. But I’m pretty sure anyone can eat here during hours of operation. There was a hot grill with rotating daily specials as well as fresh cold sandwiches and grab&go items. Prices were reasonable and the location is very convenient to the nearby businesses.“

I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. “Hands down the best beans we've ever had. We discovered Karma at Whole Foods in '23 and have since switched to buying bags directly from them at their wonderful shop in Sudbury. We buy several bags on each visit and will not buy beans anywhere else...ever. If for some reason they're going out of business, we'll fund them to stay in business, they're that good.“

“Got the Chickpea Fritter Platter and absolutely loved it! As a college student, it can be really hard sometimes to find places with good healthy food that doesn't break the bank! I’m happy to say the platter was reasonably priced since it comes with enough stuff to make two meals out of it, and it is absolutely delicious and healthy!“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“
