“Scott gave us fantastic service! He appeared to be the only server this afternoon but you would never know it—he was so quick and attentive. He put us at a quiet table as requested, then got our order right in, refills on drinks, rolls, and then automatically got us a second pizza to take home as he said the first one didn’t come out the way he wanted it to.. we were so lucky to have him today—thank you Scott for giving us such a wonderful dining experience!!“

“We are “regulars” at the 89 which means we dine there at least once or twice a week! The food, the severs, the bartenders and the owners are all amazing!! They know “who gets” without asking. They space out courses perfectly, yet they are there when you need them. They never make you feel rushed but check periodically to see if you need anything! We have never had a disappointing meal and we have tried most everything on the menu as well as the weekly specials! From the house made soups to the fresh pastas, entrees and amazing desserts you cannot go wrong. If you haven’t been there and are looking for an outstanding dining experience try 89!! It won’t disappoint!“

“Came in today with the family, and we were admittedly quite impatient. The host was so incredibly articulate and she made our culinary experience ten times better. Highly recommend Emily, she is phenomenal at her job and we will come back!!“

“We LOVE linguinis. Been coming here for 10 years for takeout, and order in. The portions are HUGE and everything is soooo fresh and delicious. Our son is the biggest fan and he’s 6🤣🤣. Can’t get enough!“

“We stopped in today because we were in town for another reason and skeptically asked whether they had anything for vegans (you can't tell quickly from looking at the menu). The kind person behind the counter was genuinely happy to tell us they had great vegan cheese, we should get a pizza - - we did and we LOVED it, just like my favorite NY pizza. The nicest thing was that they really wanted us to be happy, and we were. Thank you, we will make a drive to be back!“

“The food and service was outstanding. We were greeted by the owner,John Testa, he oversees the whole operation. Huge portions, a well balanced plate (not too heavy on the pasta) the Italian Chop Salad for two can feed four. The waitstaff are friendly and efficient. Looking forward to going back .“

“Dinner was fantastic!! Order to go…Veal piccata with linguine, Fresh Italian bread and Italian, sparkling….Sanpellegrino orange drink, with a fresh cannoli made to order.
Everything was exceptionally tasty. The VEAL in particular was exceptional.., very tender and cooked to perfection.. Cannoli was freshly made directly in front of you, with a nice firm shell.. portion size was generous. The bread was actually stupendous too!
This establishmen continues to never ever disappoint. Consistently great and reasonably priced.

“While we loved the old Giorgio's, the new owners (Karina and Fabio, plus their #1 employee, Bruno) are incredibly nice and make equally awesome (but different) pizza! Plus they have a far more expansive menu! We had the shredded chicken pizza with a half and half dessert pizza (who knew?), and everything was fantastic! I'm happy to add to the sea of 5 star reviews and look forward to sampling more of their menu!“
“you took all the Italian food that made you what you were, a great Italian restaurant. Now you are just another mediocre restaurant with hummus and meh food and $$$$$ Bad choice. Where is the gnocchi??? and everyone has veal and chicken parmesan... not impressed“
“I am a frequent customer of this location, eat 2-3 days a week. used to love eating amato's as a kid best place to go to relive my childhood. Do have a problem with the young guy that works there twice now whenever he has had to make my sandwiches he has messed up. Refuse to order through doordash anymore and will only go in the store and order so I can watch him make my sandwiches. Not the sound rude but it's really not that hard to read Black ink on white paper on how to make a sandwich especially since I order the same thing every time I go in made the same way“
