I got the Half rack ribs & steak meal; it was good ; I got the steak raw & it turned out good; we also got the Balsamic chicken & it was awesome too ; however the steak that was supposed to be medium rare was way over cooked. We got the apple crumb pie and it was great. Our server was pretty bad but he was nice. He gave me diet drink instead of what I asked for, we waited nearly 30 minutes for our food to come which in that time I had finished my drink and didn’t see our waiter the whole time. I finished nearly half my meal before getting my refill. We also had to wait to get our silverware. Atmosphere was very live especially at the bar where trivia was being played. Overall it was great.“

“My first time at Via's recently and I am impressed! Although pricey, which is to br expected, the food all had amazing flavor profiles. I absolutely loved the ricotta ball with crustinis, the blend of cheese with the honey topping was the perfect bite. The chicken orzo soup was quite possibly the best soup I have ever had in my life! So flavorful and rich! And the drinks were perfection. To top the night, we had the Gelato cones, and the Gelato it's self tasted like it was straight from Italy. “Seafood was prepared quick and it was pretty good with the sauce, def recommend the garlic butter or all juicy if you like all the flavors combined. The garlic noodles were okay, felt that it wasn’t cooked all the way through and mixed with the sauce on top of the other sauce didn’t blend well. The price is fair especially for seafood so I think it’s worth the visit. The service could have been more attentive, I just felt like they kept forgetting about us, but luckily we didn’t need anything urgent.“

Seating areas are small so she said, I have a booth in the corner or we could put two tables together. We thought maybe the booth, but it did not hold all six of us. Before we even saw the seats she said feel free to change your minds. We ended up opting the tables. While we were getting seated she said I know you just sat down, but I'm happy to get you drinks. She never let us wait for anything, asked several times if we needed anything else. This place was packed. Everything came in a timely manner. The FOOD: Best Scallops I've had in a long time. “We had our wedding rehearsal dinner/welcome party upstairs at Nuovo in August of 2022 which included almost 100 people. We could not be happier with our choice!!! The food and drinks are excellent and the staff are so hard-working and friendly. The owners are phenomenal and genuinely care about the happiness and satisfaction of their guests. We discussed our vision for the evening with Loreta in advance and she sure did help us achieve it. We had our own bar and servers, as well as a solo live singer we hired who they were easily able to accommodate. Loreta was incredibly responsive, kind, helpful, and patient. My family and I have also had dinner here and we just can’t say enough about how wonderful our several experiences have been. We will absolutely make the trip to Worcester to go back. The cajun fries are bomb...The boneless chicken is absolutely bomb and crispy, even left overs stay crispy. Teriaki and Gloden bbq are my fav, buff is good too. The Fried shrimp basket is actually the best fried shrimp ive ever eaten. The owner is super nice. Great prices too!“
