“I really like this cake shop and have been here several times. The cakes are really nice—light, elegant, and not too sweet, with very delicate flavors. The bread is also great and all very reasonably priced.

The staff are friendly and polite, and I always leave with a good impression. If you’re nearby, it’s easy to stop by since there’s street parking along the road.

It’s a French pâtisserie, but I’d especially recommend it to Japanese customers as well—the flavors feel very familiar and approachable.“

“I am Asian American and have been eating mochi my entire life. Crystal's Bakery has forever changed how I think and feel about Mochi. Crystal's Mochi is like a heavenly cloud of fruit and cream that melts in your mouth. Gorgeous, silky soft texture unlike anything. It's not too sweet but addicting. Store-bought, rubbery chewy mochi has been downgraded to gummi status after eating Crystal's handmade mochi.
I also had mochi doughnuts, mung bean smoothie and plain sticky rice. Perfect Asian flavors that remind me of the homeland. Everything excellent!
It's a tiny shop and the place was jam packed with lines during our entire visit, for good reason.
I drove over an hour to get to Crystal's Bakery. It was no sacrifice. It is absolutely worth it. I will be making the trip again and many times more.“

“Come here for some coffee and a pastry. It’s hot out so I got an iced maple latte, was delicious and just perfectly sweet enough without being overly sugary. I also had a cardamom swirl that I inhaled before I took a picture of, it was very clearly baked in house. So flakey and soft. I got a strawberry jam bun to go and ate it later. Also amazing. “Had a blueberry scone, cranberry muffin, and grabbed a garlic cheddar bread loaf. The muffin was old and dry, the scone was pretty good, but the loaf was incredible. It went amazingly with eggs and grilled cheeses. It was calorically heavy and still might have been the fastest my health-conscious household has gone through a load of bread in ages. I'm excited to try their other artisan loafs and see if they can redeem the last muffin.“
