We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!
The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.
What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.
The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.
All in all, a wonderful little discovery. Thank you for such a delightful stop!“

“After a swim meet, we always head to ice cream. This place ed highly recommended. It had lots of flavors as a base - and two size cups. It had lots of fruit, cookies, bites, sprinkles, and wet toppings. And you pay by weight. I highly suggest stopping by.“

“Breakers is my preferred ice cream shop in Woburn even though I have another shop much closer. Ordering is efficient, orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly, and employees resolve any issues quickly and respectfully. Flavors are posted legibly and the variety of flavors is excellent. There is a parking lot, which is nice, and indoor seating and ordering which is helpful in the winter.“

“I went to the store a random day just to buy a box of cookies, I received an excellent service from a Venezuelan 🇻🇪 guy who was working that day! He presented me the box with the cookies inside with a really exciting and professional attitude. Love to see people who actually like their jobs!! 😁“
“Sweet Spoon is such a cute cozy and most of all, delicious ice cream place! I absolutely loved it, the ice cream was super delicious and the shakes We had were good too! One thing i will say, prices are a bit expensive ($12.49 for a 24oz Shake) but other than that it was really really good! I 100% Recommend.“

“This is not a traditional ice cream shop, but a flavored soft serve shop. Admittedly, they have a lot of flavor combinations.
Chocolate flavor was ok, and for a soft serve "milkshake" it was good. Service and atmosphere....it's in a good court....so not really there for service and atmosphere.“

“In town from Boise Idaho. Haven't been to Bedford Farms since I was 10 years old (now 41) the ice cream is amazing! I wasn't aware I could get a cover for my cup of ice cream so that was a fun drive home to Woburn but it's part of the fun!“
