“My husband and I love going here. This is a local place, very blue collar and they serve out of plastic cups. But that's ok. The beer is cold and the bar staff is like family to the customers. We have never eaten here so I can't vouch for the food They have a juke box that you can interact with through your phone.“
“Great food and friendly serviceLoved the sauce stationThe phad thai was really good and the calamari was deliciousThe cook checked in on us and everything was goodI hope the restaurant stays open because there weren’t many patrons on a Friday for lunch“
“First time won’t be the last!! Having ur martini made just the way u like n the glass is full. is the start of a good experience n if the food is delicious n the service is great. U know you’ll be back!! U rock Rebecca!! Ty all c u soon!! P.S. beautiful n clean restaurant!!“
“This is hands down my favorite place in Andover. I have been going there for a couple of years, about once a month, and never been disappointed. Their daily crudo is always exceptional, so are the daily soups (I crave the cheddar soup that they took off the menu a while back). The charcuterie board is another great choice. The ambiance is laid back but chic, the service is impeccable, discreet and efficient. I can't wait to go back.“
“The staff is always great. From friendly reception and hosts and every server we have ever had. Jackie is especially great and thank her for being attentive to our requests. Always friendly and appreciative of us dining there. The Lamb Shank special and Lobster Fra Diavlo was fantastic.“
“I picked the place at random because it was close to where I was staying and I'm glad I did. The staff is efficient and friendly. The menu offers quite a few choices for such a small place. And the food is excellent. I had the scallops the first night. They were quite fresh and well prepared. Tonight I'm having the muffuletta and it too is delicious.“
“To get a “true taste of Mexico” you got to visit El Potro Mexican Bar & Grill. I stopped into their Lowell location last week and they play to win. THE BEST Birria Tacos, with amazing consume. “The food was delicious. Mussels with a tarragon butter sauce was out of this world! Entrees were big enough to take 1/2 home for another meal. Server was pleasant and very attentive. Bill for an app, 2 meals and a beer was $65.00. Excellent value. Will definitely be back.“
“The food is always excellent. But the hospitality and service the team provides is exceptional. Emily the manager, Carly our server, as well as the rest of the staff, is always friendly and kind, and it's a seamless service.Kid-friendliness: They have an excellent kids menu. They are very good with working around our child's food allergies.“
“This place was perfect for a romantic night away. The bar was fun and the room was great. We usually hate the soaps but they were all Italian and we even bought some online. The bed was a 10 firm yet with a down topper which we also bought. They brought us some champagne which was highly unexpected. The red stone literally 25 ft from the entrance was off the charts. I would 100% go back and it was a wonderful experience!“
“This place is, well, a tavern! But don't let that fool you, the food here is amazing quality, well seasoned, and delicious!Everything was great, no complaints here, would come back over and over again for their southern fried chicken & honey mustard salad. So good!!!“
“We had a late brunch on a recent Sunday afternoon and we had a delightful time. It is a small but cozy place with a very friendly vibe, but also fairly busy at certain times. On this visit we had a number of things, with the highlights being the Poutine serving, the Humus plate, the Winter Salad and the Clam Chowder for starters. The appetizers were just phenomenal, very flavorful, especially the Poutine. Equally savory and delicious were the Salmon and Sirloin steak entree’s. The Salmon was done perfectly and the steak was very juicy and mouth watering. Our server Sarah was absolutely fantastic, and made our meal that much more enjoyable. We finished with the Crème brûlée and coffee and could not help but contemplate our return visit. If you are in the area and want a great meal with an inviting atmosphere, this place would be a great choice.“
“Just had an AMAZING Ribs, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese, and Slaw dinner catered for 10 friends last night! Thank You Mill City BBQ and Brew! Been to the restaurant many times. Always the same friendly staff, atmosphere, and GREAT food. Can't recommend them highly enough!!“
“Best Pizza In or Around Chelmsford. I was holding off writing this review until after I could compare with Joanies. Max and Leo's is without question the best Pizza in the area. Everything about their pizzas are fantastic: perfect crust, excellent sauce, plentiful delicious cheese, lots of super fresh and flavorful toppings, cooked to perfection. And you can order and pickup within a half hour. I don't want to turn this review into why Joanies doesn't rise to the hype; suffice to say that Max and Leo's is without question THE BEST.“
“This is one of my go to to grab lunch. Today I was there at 9 AM for breakfast. Service is always wonderful. But we had kale cheese frittata and a crumb cake. Just delicious as I was leaving I bought a miniature lime tart with meringue on top. We had it for dessert tonight and I’ve never tasted meringue quite like that. Their baked goods are superb. Highly recommend this wonderful little spot in West Concord Village.Vegetarian options: They always have great salads at lunchtime, and typically a frittata, or a quiche vegetarian“
“1/2024- Our Weekly Lunch Never disappoints! The Staff is Always incredible! The Food Always 5 Stars! The Atmosphere real comfy. Amazing All the time! And when you are a regular..your drinks are already at the table before you order them. It's not only the local spot..its The Spot!“
“I absolutely love this hall. I had my first born baby shower here in November 2015. We had over 200 guests. Everyone fit comfortably without any issues. We also had an area for food. The dance area was also a good size. Everything looked gorgeous. We had a live band and a DJ. The service for booking was great. I don't know if the same lady is still there. She was wonderful and welcoming. Her communication was also great. We will be forever thankful.“
“This is not a regular fish restaurant. Portions are really big just like the check you receive. Fish is tasty. We tried all different cooking types of salmon and grill was the best. I do not suggest onion rings as they came too big and not properly cooked. French fries and fish and chips were delicious. They do not have paper towels in bathrooms and there is no foot opener attached to door. So you have to touch the bathroom door handle. What if previous person did not wash his/her hands? That is why I am giving 4 stars.“
“Great local spot for drinks and food .Check the web site for kitchen hours and make a point to stop in for lunch or a bite afterwork .Betty and her staff put out some great meals and we'll worth a visit .The bar never fails to serve up some of the most tasty drinks you could ask for .beer is ice cold and on the weekends the live entertainment never disspoints. Tracy and Devon are great host .make a point to check out a show or just stop on for drinks ?.“
“excellent local no frills bar for anyone looking for a pregame beer buzz before a basketball game at the Costello Center at UMass Lowell, with easy walking distance from the Costello parking lot. cold longneck Buds, friendly bartender and friendly patrons, clean rest rooms and a well lit vibe. 'I'll be back'.“
“Went twice in 1 week the food and service was so good. Plenty of beer on tap and drink choices. Definitely recommend trying this place out very good food and service at a fair priceParking: We parked at Barnes and noble as the lot was fullKid-friendliness: Brought my 3Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely“
“We come here quite often. It is very good. We like the homemade pasta a lot. Services is always great. I'll is OK. It's like a café. The new location is a lot fancier but the original location here the chef will allow changes. The new location will not.“
“I have never been to an establishment that places such high standards on dietary restrictions and allergies. The servers and kitchen staff made me feel welcomed with my requests which are viewed as "annoying" in other dining establishments. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be dining here next time I am in the area!“
“We had their hamburgers, and they were delicious. We had 1 in our party who has Celiac and was assured that they have a completely separate area where they prepare their GF dishes. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with gluten sensitivity.“
“I had the great pleasure of working special event functions (I am a Professional Chef) when this was Aprile's European. The food and service was awesome then. Just yesterday (April 3, 2024) we attended a Mercy meal after services for a lifelong friend. We were in the upper function room on the right. The food and most especially the service was impeccable. We had two very sweet, personable, gorgeous sisters from Colombia. Julio and Maria (I believe I am spelling Julio's name correctly) they were so kind, professional, warm and very welcoming. The food was delicious. I have NO IDEA (again, I am a Chef) what they add to the Caesar salad dressing but it was the best I have ever had. I am allergic to fish, this gave me an "excuse" to load up on Salad, Rice Pilaf and perfectly al dente zucchini and summer squash. My experiences there have always been good and yesterday it was even a step above. Great job by the team at The EstablishmentWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp from the parking lot. There is also an entrance through the mill. Upon entrance into the dining area, there is a flat service with plenty of seating. If you are attending an event in either upstairs function room, you access the elevator before entering the dining room. Any staff member could guide you. There are also restrooms upstairs so you don't have to go up and down every time you need to use the potty ?“
“Went there every Christmas for the party. My father "Tony Allen" was a member. (and his wife Pearl) I'm talking back in the '50s. (I was just a little kid) Not many around from the WWII group that will remember my dad, but I have great memories of that club. Back then for him, it was Pabst Blue Ribbon beer and Royal Feast potato chips. He worked at the Sealtest Plant in N. Lawrence and would bring ice cream down for the members on Thursdays. Always dropped in after work for a cold one or three!!! Thinking of dropping in next time I'm in town.“

“First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“
“Cozy pub with a decent vibe in a quiet area by a lake. They have two dart boards and two pool tables. The onion rings were good but the fries were thin McDonalds style fries. I wish they served the thicker seasoned fries you get at some other pubs/taverns.“
“As I entered the restaurant to obtain my takeout, I was welcomed with a welcoming smile. There was a bustling environment with folks at the bar and at tables enjoying their food and beverages. What I appreciated which may have been a minor gesture for the staff was that they offered complimentary bread to take home with my food. The tagliatelle carbonara was rich and cheesy without being overpowering. It was honestly filling to the point I could have saved some for later, but too delicious to put down. Would highly recommend the food here and will have to dine in at some point.“
“My review is for our waitress Christie (WOW) , this young lady has a great personality and was so attentive to our table . I’ve seen her running around and making others smile . This place is better when she works . We enjoyed our meals and time .“
