I would have to get out of line

“We woke up early to try Kim’s Donuts because we heard so many positive reviews about this place. And, this is hands down one of the best places for high-quality freshly made donuts! The apple fritters were flavorful, studded with delicious apple pieces. Their classic glazed ones were also really good. They have the classic flavors, plus some fun flavors, and, they have Kolaches for those looking for something more on the savory side. The owner was super friendly too! “I really like their acai bowls but was told today when I got there at 4:25 that they wouldn't sell me 2 because tbey were closing in a minute and if I wanted one in the future the "more appropriate time to get one" would be 4pm. My husband got a dozen (all different kinds from maple bacon to cannoli.. to apple cider whoopie pie and more! )..And omg.. Best. Donuts. Ever. “As a lifelong Dunkin fan, I was happy to find this location so close to my job in Sudbury. There is another Dunkin that is a little closer to where I work, but I drive the extra couple minutes to this one because it’s the best of the best. This has to be my all-time favorite location. The staff is exceptional. They are so friendly and courteous to every person who walks in their doors, and they truly work to brighten the days of their regulars. It’s so nice to go in and be greeted each day by name and have them remember little things about me. The store is always clean and does an incredible business. “In a service station. 2 Brazilian Staff had trouble underage my order and made mistakes entering it. We took our time amd verified and corrected 3 times since i was the only customer. Could be very tricky in crowded times or if you need clarification on options, orders or food limitations and allergies.

“This is our local Dunkin with drive-through; the service is always fast and there’s almost never a wait. Knocked out a star because they sometimes forget to add an item or two to our order, so we always make sure to take full inventory of our order before driving off.“

Atmosphere is excellent, looks very modern and excellent color combinations. Only problem is service, not because of the employees but rather the school nearby. Not blaming the kids, this is an incredible place for breakfast or a quick bite after a long day, but just do be weary of the lines at around 7:40 am-8: am and 2:50 pm to 3:10 pm about so on school days. Overall, this places food is to die for when it comes to breakfast and brunch.“

I was extremely impressed by this Dunkin' located in Winchester, Massachusetts.
