“A very nice experience here.I walked into the store around 18:10 last night and didn’t expect they will take my order since I knew they had already closed,all the stuffs were busy cleaning up, one of the staff told me that they are closed of course lol, but another male staff with glasses walked up to the register and he was still willing to make me a drink. “I’m a huge bubble tea drinker and I love to try all different kinds of places. Let me tell you, Sweet Sip did not disappoint. While there I tried three drinks: the Assam black tea with honey boba, the rose milk tea (no topping), and the Vietnamese iced coffee. All three were delicious. The Assam was a great milk tea for anyone who likes it simple and nostalgic. Nice and sweet, but not too sweet. The rose milk tea was fragrant and delicious as well. In terms of the boba, they use honey boba, which is a nice choice; this gives them a good taste, which adds nicely to the teas. The Vietnamese iced coffee was also a nice surprise. If you’ve ever had the real deal form a Vietnamese restaurant, then you would know that the coffee flavor can be strong and extra bitter. For someone who loves coffee, but is a wimp with the bitterness, this iced coffee was just the right balance. It gets even better as your ice melts. Lastly. I tried some of their Hong Kong cakes, specifically the pandan flavored cake, and the mochi filling. It was heavenly… Crisp, sweet, and flavorful. I look forward to trying the other flavors. I don’t go to Boston too often, but I would definitely come back to try more drinks at Sweet Sip the next time I’m visiting.“

The mango coconut mochi milk smoothie here is next-level incredible! It’s everything you want in a tropical drink — rich, creamy coconut milk balanced perfectly with fresh, juicy mango. The texture was smooth and velvety, not too thick, not too watery — just right. Every sip felt like a mini vacation. What really impressed me was the balance: it wasn’t overly sweet, and you could taste the natural fruit flavors without anything overpowering. “I went for a Matcha 🍵 today and I loved the place and everything, and the Asian worker there did his best and his service was excellent, but he was the only one there working alone, and he had to take orders for about 20 people in the store at the same time. Maybe that’s a lot of pressure and he should have at least one other coworker there to help out :)“

“We came in today with our friends and our daughter. The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing a high chair and making sure we had what we needed. The owners came over and were attentive and showed enthusiasm for us being there as well interacting with our daughter. Food and drink was incredible and came out quick.
Would absolutely come again. It was so lovely to have a meal where it felt celebrated to have a kid with us and to be able to enjoy good food at the same time.“

“Ordered the strawberry yogurt slush and it was truly amazing! I chose the lowest sugar level and you can really taste the fresh fruit in there (the natural strawberry aroma). The yogurt is creamy and flavorful, and the crystal boba (not sure if that’s the name, the slightly crunchy one) in the drink is fresh too.

“I’ve been coming to this place numerous times by now, it actually became my weekly go to. The Thai tea is so good, I’m a huge fan of Thai tea, and yet I can tell you that they don’t make their Thai tea with powder, they BREWED the tea. You can’t believe how many stores put their use powder to make Thai tea. Customer service are always on point, never disappointed, they will bring your order to you if they are not that busy. And if you haven’t tried the Taiwan sausage, you missed out on one of the best things in this world. Give that a shot if you haven’t! Good Job Cha Kung Fong!“

“Amazing place! As soon as you step inside, the smell of tea brewing washes over you. I can’t describe how good it smells! I ordered a brown sugar fresh milk tea and my aunt ordered a hot honey rose tea. We both loved our drinks! I also ordered a Nutella cronut, which was warm and freshly made. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We were also able to get street parking. Overall, we had a great experience! Just be aware that there’s no seating inside.“

“This hidden gem is located on the Boston University campus more close to the gas station, a Target and a new restaurant called Ziggy’s. They do sell boba but I want to take a moment to show appreciation to their macarons. My personal favorite is the fruity cereal. As you can see, look how pretty it looks and taking a bite it is sweet, satisfying and it just makes you happy. I know for me it made me happy. I believe they do buy it from a third party but it is delicious and worth it. If you look at my first picture they do display their pricing and to be upfront it does show “Buy 5 and get one free” however they do not ring it up like that and ring it up as you bought a total of six macarons. So for me, I could argue if I wanted to but I learned for myself that I’m willing to pay all six and the rest of their flavors (vanilla, birthday cake (both a pink & blue)) are tasty and satisfying. I have tried the dark chocolate macaron and it was okay. If you are one of those people that enjoys dark chocolate but want a subtle sweetness then that one is for you. I have tried their Italian soda (the lemon one to be exact) and it was delicious as well. If you want a “healthy option” they do offer Italian soda and their flavors. On the last picture you can see their drinks, pricing and boba options. My daughter and I enjoy this boba shop and it is welcoming and warm atmosphere. I just wished this establishment was more closer to home but I’m willing to travel.“

“Ten One Tea House on Newbury Street in Boston is one of the most popular tea spots in the Back Bay area, and after visiting, it’s easy to understand why.

We tried the Peach Lemon Oolong, and it was incredibly refreshing. The drink had a great balance of fruity peach flavor and light oolong tea notes, making it perfect for a warm day while walking around Newbury Street.

The shop was completely packed with people waiting for drinks, which shows how popular this place is. Even with the line, the drink was definitely worth the wait.

“I enjoy boba quite a bit so when my friends said we should check out Gong Cha I was excited. There are so many great tea base choices and the additions and toppings are also vast in variety. Fast service and you can order ahead online or at their kiosk or at the counter. Made fresh to order too. Quite authentic and I hope they continue to spread across North America. “It's a small location. They are practicing social distancing with mask and take out only. We tried the new mojitos drinks which was mixed berry, mango Orange, and grapefruit citrus. They were all so favorful and sweet. There was pieces of fruit and mint in all of them . They were all carbonated. Service was good and price was reasonable“

“The savior for people who are tired of carbonated drinks in the United States is located in Chinatown, but the store staff are all Westerners. The first time I drank a hand-cranked drink, I ordered it from the ordering machine. It was quite grand and you can also adjust the sweetness of the ice cubes. However, the price of the hand-cranked drink here is really just for an occasional drink. This cup is 50 in Taiwan and 210 in the United States🫣.“

“Teazzi is a boba shop serving multiple types of Asian flavors, with unique toppings such as oats.

The service is fast, there isn't really much seating but there is a Beard Papa shop also sharing the space so you can pickup other desserts as well.

We tried the Honey Amber Oolong Tea. The tea was good, though the oolong didn't really have a strong oolong taste. The flavors are just as good as the other locations though.“

“Starbucks of Tea. Essentially the undisputed S-tier royalty of the boba world.

When this Allston location first opened last year, the hype was unreal. I had to wait a couple of weeks before I even dared to get in line. While the waits on weekend evenings are still pretty rough, the crowds have definitely thinned out a bit now that they’ve opened more outposts around Boston.

I've loved almost every drink I’ve tried here. I love that they use real dairy, fresh fruit, and absolutely no powders. They essentially pioneered the premium tea market in China (and actually invented the cheese cloud foam), and they manage to keep that high quality incredibly consistent across a massive menu. Even the drinks that look like heavy fruit smoothies are infused with premium bases like jasmine green tea, which gives them a much lighter, floral aftertaste. The OG cheese cloud cap also adds a really sophisticated layer of savoriness. My favorites so far were the Cloud Coconut Blue, the Coconut Mango Boom, and the Cloud Mango.

This isn’t the most convenient HeyTea location for me, but it’s in the perfect spot to hang out and grab a drink after a heavy Chinese or Korean dinner in the neighborhood. Will definitely keep coming back to try their new flavors.“

“Finally, got to try This place. They had soft Opening which was not to best. The ordering process was pretty smooth . The wait was not to long. We got the infamous Sho-Gun Matcha/Vanilla Soft Serve Mix With Edible 24K gold , Maiko Special (Parfait) Hojicha/Strawberry Mix Soft Serve and Matcha Latte Float. Everything was so rich in favor. The matcha favor is probably the best that I had so far. You can taste the quality of the soft serve. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Definitely, need to try them out“

“Hi buddies! Back with another review.

I went with my wife and kids, as per usual. They have many, many selections for flavors and toppings. We ordered a medium Thai tea with brown sugar pearls and a grape slush with cheese foam (one size only, large). The Thai tea was rich, flavorful, and the drink size was perfect. The grape slush was refreshing. My only complaint is that the Thai tea was a little too sweet. I did end up staying up the whole night, despite having this caffeinated drink at 3 PM, so be warned friends!

They also have a selection of mochi donuts which looked nice, and some corn dogs and other spicy snacks, but we did not try any.

Overall:
-Tea: good, little sweet, but still very tasty
-Ambiance: Nice atmosphere, lots of space to sit
-Service: Fast, staff is friendly
-Price: Not bad compared to other popular stores like Gong Cha! We paid around $7 per drink

“The place is connected to ranch 99. Staff was helpful in suggesting some drinks. We got the tora Milk tea, boba tea, lemon Green Tea and passion fruit. Everything was refreshing and yummy. Price is average.“

“The Grapefruit Salty Cream over Grape Green Tea ($7.25) was good and refreshing, though I am not sure if they use fruit juice or fresh fruits. The cream on top also just looked like whipped cream when I opened the cap, but it tasted fine.

I feel like I got coaxed into paying with cash because it was empty. I didn’t see any signs indoors or in the reviews about the supposed $10 minimum as there usually are. Thankfully, I had cash on me, but a heads up for anyone ordering inside.“

I got the orange passion fruit four seasons tea with boba. The tea is absolutely delicious. I did not think I was going to like the mix of orange and passion fruit because I always get passion fruit oolong tea but it's actually really really good. I'm almost positive they use fresh orange juice like they say (I'm skeptical after a few places claiming to have fresh orange juice definitely used bottled) as it just tastes so fresh and clean. Probably one of the best tea drinks I've had! I did deduct half a star because the tapioca was way too soft for me. I came at almost 8:00 p.m. at night so maybe the boba had been sitting for a while or maybe they just make there's really soft but it was definitely very very soft and not my preference at all. But the drink was so good I'd honestly come back anyways!!“
