“We had such a great dinner here! The crab cake was an excellent way to start, and both the clam pasta and tuna tartare were fresh and delicious. We added the Brussels sprouts on the side, which were also really tasty. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The whole meal was consistently good from the first bite to the last. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to and recommend to friends.”

Ingredients are fresh and food is always steaming hot! Genuinely happy there’s a great restaurant I can go to often. A little expensive imo but the food quality more than makes up for it.”

“It's like I'm greeted by family every time I go. Solid pizza, solid subs, very reasonable prices — we live on the other side of Charlestown but it's our main go-to when we're tired to cook and don't want to spend forever figuring out something or wait for Doordash — even on Friday nights things are basically always ready in 15 minutes.”

“Finally made it to The Anchor and I was not disappointed. This place had a spot for everyone! Quieter areas near a neat water fountain, shaded areas, and high sun areas, and even an upstairs with amazing views of the waterfront. I was there on a Saturday World Cup double header as well as the first day of the parade of sails, got a great spot in front of one of the smaller TVs which gave me a great view of the game, the waterfront, AND of the sea of reactions from fans watching the big screen. Employees were great, kept things moving without making us feel rushed!”
