Adam and his team are extraordinary: great communication, exquisite food, interested and interesting, responsive, warm, creative, lovely presentation. Elegant and not ostentatious, down to earth but unusual and rare. Every single guest wrote me afterwards, every one mentioned how amazing the food was. I did not have to worry about a thing -- the food was marvelous, them team attended with grace and kindness to all of the guests. The party was perfect, in large part due to the Feast and Fable team. “We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

“Had Vincent Bianco catering for my wedding on 10/3/2026 and the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was talking bout it asking where I got It catered from cause it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. We had the short ribs which was a nice size cooked to perfection and just melted in your mouth, the herb crusted chicken which every one said was a huge piece and that it wasn’t dry at all and it tasted so good some people said it was the best piece of chicken at a wedding and that whoever cooked it deff knew how to cook, and we also had the salmon that a lot of people said was a delish piece of fish they every had at a wedding. Another thing people talked about were the mashed potatoes saying they were the best mashed potatoes they ever had and they could deff tell they were homemade mashed potatoes! Everything we had for cocktail hours was also very delicious people talked about the bacon wrapped scallops and the meatballs!! The presentation on the food was beautiful. Vincent himself was amazing to work with, he answered any and all questions you had, worked with you if there were any special diets/allergies. Would deff highly recommend Vincent Bianco’s catering!!“

Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. He had menu selection google meet up w/me prior to my husband's birthday surprise as well as a kitchen walk through to make sure I had all the necessary equipment. Anything I did not have, he offered to bring. The food was delicious, each course built on one another and left us wanting more. Anything we did not eat was packaged up so there was no food waste, which I really appreciated. Leftovers heated up nicely as well. What I loved about this was it was a total surprise to my husband and he kept saying how he never would have gotten this experience and felt this special in a restaurant. Chef Jason made that happen. For the quality of food and professionalism, I thought the price tag was fair and well worth it. I can't say enough good things about this experience and loved working with Chef J! I hope to book another dinner with him in the future!

The only problem was that I asked for gluten free settings for my celiac guests and that was not delivered by the team, so some of my guests were unable to enjoy the tea party or eat anything. Celiac is a serious allergy. We did not receive an apology or any consolation for this mistake, which was a bit frustrating honestly.“
