“Ordered on the app went in and waited which is fine but when you order in the app and request cream in a coffee and I check it and it was black the person behind the counter when I said something puts a drop in the coffee and I said no I need more she dumps the coffee and doesn't make a new one and then adds more and it tastes horrible. I go to this Starbucks only on the weekends. I have a picture of the coffee so disgusted“
