“My husband and I stopped at the Chicopee Mass. location. Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. The employees were pleasant and patient while we decided what to order. We had the chicken sandwiches. The chicken was a real filet, very flavorful, tender and juicy. We were very impressed!“

“I was disappointed to to the fact that i asked mashed potato with gravy and when i got home there no gravy. He did not verify with me about my order. Since i am soft spoken, it would’ve been great if he repeated my order. So no, i didn’t enjoy my meal since i spent almost $50. For that i would love to eat at Texas Roadhouse!“

“I picked up 50 pieces of fried chicken for a work party and it was a huge hit. The service was great and the chicken was awesome. Very flavorful and crispy. I didn’t eat in the restaurant so I can’t comment on the dining atmosphere but it did appear very clean and I would absolutely come back to try other things from the menu.“
