“BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!“

“I want to sincerely thank and uplift two incredible young women we met during our visit to 99 Restaurant in Chicopee: Kindra and Karlee Z.

Kindra was the first person we saw as we entered. Though soft-spoken, she radiated quiet grace and dignity. With her glasses, shy smile, and calm confidence, she reminded me of someone deeply dedicated to her work and to the people she serves—even in just a few brief moments, you could feel her gentleness and future potential shining through. She didn’t say much, but her energy stayed with me: peaceful, humble, and kind.

Our waitress, Karlee Z, was simply amazing. She’s the kind of person who lights up a room—charismatic, funny, warm, and full of life. I don’t know how young she is, but either way, she gives me hope for the future. She was incredibly attentive, sharp, and emotionally intelligent. When my partner, who has a medical history that includes strokes and seizures, accidentally ordered the wrong meal (a seafood platter he mistook for a larger entrée), she handled the whole thing with such compassion and care. Even though we were cracking up over the mix-up, she stayed sensitive to the situation and replaced his meal without charging us. No judgment—just kindness and grace.

We ended up joking with her that the tip we gave her was actually to cover the bill (we gave it before paying), and she got the joke immediately—she played along, laughed with us, and made the whole experience feel like a moment of joy shared among old friends.

And of course—the food! Spectacular. Absolutely delicious. My partner chooses 99 as his place of celebration. He’s been coming here for years to mark meaningful moments in his life. He loves the food, and more than that, he feels safe, elegant, and at home in this environment. That kind of comfort is rare and beautiful.

“After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. If you like to read or are looking for a new cookbook, Nosh has quite the selection of books available for purchase.

“It was a great experience!! The best we have had in a very long time! The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious! Our chef made it the best experience! I would recommend to see him 100% every time. We can't wait to go back and we will request to have our same chef. After our first time having him as our chef, he felt like a long-time friend/family member. What a great time! The FILET hibachi was TOP NOTCH!

“My wife and I ate here for the first time after hearing great reviews. Had 2 frittata paninos, a slice of pizza, tea and espresso.
The frittata was delicious, fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was fantastic, simple with sauce, grated cheese and basil served at room temperature, the old school Italian way.
Espresso was rich and flavorful.
We will be ordering a full pizza soon and we will definitely be back to sample lunch.

“I believe it was the owner that greeted me, This was my first time into the deli. He told me he thought I would really like it and he was wrong, I LOVED IT! I tried the hot bar. For $9.99 a pound they have an array of fresh made dishes. I tried the lemon chicken, mac n cheese, vegis & roasted potatoes. It was like having an Italian home cooked meal on the fly! I am excited to go back and try other hot bar items and they also have a delightful menu of sandwiches/wraps/salads for lunch! I work in the area and I am glad I stopped in today! “My husband and I try to visit the Delaney House at least once a year. We went last night to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. Our server, Cali M, was great. She was experienced enough as a server to know to ask us if we were celebrating anything, and made it that much more special by bringing us complimentary glasses of delicious champagne. She had the perfect balance between checking in on us while not being over-bearing or making us feel rushed. The food, as always, was a 10/10 and we even tried new cocktails which were delicious.
