“Moved here from yelp: I always have a great experience at this location. The management staff are fantastic, even though I miss the ones that have since moved on to other locations (Burlington) or jobs. They always give a friendly greeting and modify drink orders to be just right. I also love that the Cafe Nero app has a student email verification for drink discounts - makes it more cost efficient than Dunkin or starbies.
One note is that you need to ask for the matcha to be made darker green if that floats your boat, and it makes you pay extra for that in the app. The actual matcha powder is quite good though.
One more note is that I have noticed the sandwiches have less content in them then they used to, to the point where now there are entire bites of just bread. I definitely have to inspect the sandwood options now before purchase and cannot buy them on the app ahead of time due to this.“

“I first tried this place while working at one of the businesses in the industrial park in which it is situated. But I’m pretty sure anyone can eat here during hours of operation. There was a hot grill with rotating daily specials as well as fresh cold sandwiches and grab&go items. Prices were reasonable and the location is very convenient to the nearby businesses.“

“This was an excellent accidental visit. We were looking for some breakfast and stumbled on the Pressed Cafe in Burlington. The food was excellent and a very large portion. I got the smoked salmon everything bagel and it was about twice as big as I imagined. Charlene had an ethnic meal that I don't remember the name but it was also excellent. A couple of Pumpkin lattes rounded out the meal. I highly recommend it and will be back. It was a tad loud but nothing to awful.“

“Caffé Ollo in Waltham is such a hidden gem! The Italian Caprese Toast Sandwich was fresh and flavorful, while the Chicken Salad Croissant and Classic Ham & Cheese Croissant were buttery, flaky, and absolutely delicious. I also loved their pastries – the Blueberry Cheese Danish and Blueberry Mascarpone Slice were light yet indulgent, and the Strawberry Cake Slice was the perfect sweet treat.

Their smoothies are amazing too – you can really taste the difference with the 100% real fruit. The Berry Berry Smoothie was refreshing, the Mango Smoothie was tropical and smooth, and the Harvest Green Smoothie felt both healthy and tasty.

“Amazing gluten free cafe and bakery. We had the peach grilled cheese, pancakes, and a breakfast sandwich and all 3 were amazing. My fiancé was diagnosed with celiac 15 years ago and she said it’s the best pancake she’s had since she was diagnosed. We also got iced coffees, both were delicious. The sweets we brought home all look and taste amazing. Very allergen friendly.“

“Coffee and muffin were delicious. The line can be slow moving, but if you have time to be patient it's worth the wait. My one note is that I found the wifi to be unusually slow the one time I tried to hang out for an hour and get some work done.“

“Excellent, delicious food. Gluten free options available for pizzas and sandwiches. The cauliflower crust is thin and ideal. Soup is in a pot and slightly salty. Sandwiches have lots of meat, caramelized onion and are filling. Build your own option also turned out great.“

He caters corporate like no other caterer we have used! You simply can't go wrong.“

“I find no problems with the staff here. They are always cheery and helpful. I do think there could be some efficiency improvements and the wait times are a little long and a bit pricey for cafeteria food. But otherwise food is generally decent and selection is variably good to very good.“

“FABIOLA, Manager & VALERIE always provides exceptional customer service! It is always so nice to see their big smiles and always feeling welcomed. I also see it consistently with other customers as well! They are truly assets! They are also always so calm no matter how busy the lunch rush is. It is commendable. In addition to all that they are human angels on earth! I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. “Cafe Nero never disappoints. The food and their cafe stores always deliver amazing coffee, lattes and sandwiches. Love this store location with its huge large viewing windows. Also, it’s so nice to be served by actual baristas that know really how to make a good latte and cappuccino. So much more exquisite than Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts. Just make sure to get in early and find a seat because it does get very busy and popular with the locals.“
