“This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location in the area. There is a Koi Pond outside of it, and the area is very picturesque. The staff are friendly as well. The only downside is that they only have a few tables for seating inside, but I mostly do takeout.“

I ordered the Dubai chocolate donut and forgot to pick it up the next day and I messaged them on Instagram and they were kind enough to replace it for free and they even threw in an extra donut. The Dubai chocolate donut was so rich and filling. I was not disappointed and I've been a customer at the Allston location and I'll be back to this location as well“

“Good bubble tea and mochi donuts. Not cheap but definitely worth it for an occasional treat. I like their "coffee lover" and iced matcha drinks with bobba pearls. The store is bright and clean and the packaged snacks for sale are worth checking out.“

“You never know what to expect when a longstanding business changes hands but the new owners have done a great job of maintaining the spirit of Anna's Donuts and even bringing some upgrades - they now take cards, more menu options, etc. I recently stopped in during a heatwave to pick up donuts for the office. The owners were there working away turning out batches of donuts despite a broken AC and hot temps inside. The donuts were a HUGE hit in the office!

This place supports that concept, for that reason alone it gets 4 stars. I got a surprise bag for dirt cheap prices, it included a box of donuts (6pcs) and a brown box with 3 large muffins and some munchkins.

“I first tried Mochi Dough at a mall in Providence, and it blew my mind. So when I saw another Mochi Dough in a mall, I knew I had to try to replicate that experience.

While the donuts were hot, they didn't taste quite as fresh as the ones in Providence. I think the ones in Providence (which took longer to be prepared) were truly made fresh from uncooked batter, while the ones in Natick were perhaps pre-prepared then re-fried before serving.

Regardless, these donuts were still quite good. Just not as good as if they were completely freshly made. It's a high standard to hold them to, but their donuts are more expensive than most other mochi donut places in the Boston area, so I expect more.“

It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. “Best donuts in the area! Their donuts are incredible in flavor. They’re light, fluffy, and delicious - my kids request them every week! Our favorites are vanilla glaze, everything donut, and the Apple fritter. Sometimes they have savory tarts which are SO good. We especially love the pride donuts they have every June. Blackbird employees are always so friendly and welcoming as well, which is also appreciated. Blackbird also delivers through DoorDash, and the donuts are always delivered fresh. The Newton location does not have a bathroom, fyi but that does not detract from the amazing food! Thank you Blackbird for being such a wonderful addition to our community!“

“The Dunkins on Rte 109 is the best!! Very friendly staff always get my order in a fast and efficient way. I go to Dunkins at least twice a day. Hannah & Dave are there to greet ne at the counter I get my medium ice coffee and apple pie and out the door I go. Then I then I usually go back after dinner. Shift leader Rob is usually there to greet me with smile and a big hello,? Matt is also a great employee as well! You 3 very blessed M)“

“We went there late in night and opted to choose for 2 burger meals, chicken snack and 3 coke. For we 3 members.
We all liked the fries and burgers very much.
We took drivein option and enjoyed the food a lot. Only thing I didn't likes this time is that that lady didn't took our order clearly and later to get what ever we wanted, we had to explain this again very clearly.
May be because of late night shift, all this happened.
Finally we got what ever we wanted.
Burger King is always preferable if u need a vegan choice.“

“Clean, nice employees. Parking lot was sorta difficult, and Maps said this location had a drive thru when it does not.

Vegetarian options: Love the egg and cheese, but default they come with bacon. A tad annoying that you pay for bacon when you don't want any. Donuts are good.“
