Service is fast ? and they have many different options for flavors of coffee. I ordered a coffee and blueberry muffin. “Received a DD gift card for Mothers day 2020 from my Gdot, so I used it at 1200 Hyde Park Ave location around 2:50 pm 5/18/ 20 where I was patronized by a very nice latino woman to be specific, ordering the back by popular demand Butter Pecan Iced Coffee, and the new to me Protien Muffin, who she had the food attendant gentlemen working with her retrieve, let me also remind you that during these Covid-19 times, I saw that I had to go inside due to no drive thru available. That was the best service I was given in years, my order in front of me within one minute, and the Muffin was bakery fresh, with the Iced Coffee made to perfection. “The decorative work on these pastries is 5 star. I tried the gluten free hazelnut chocolate cookie and did not like it. It was overwhelmingly cinnamon-y and the texture was like an oatmeal bar rather than a soft cookie. I also didn’t enjoy the vegan oat bar, which tasted overwhelmingly of coconut oil.

I DID enjoy the rooibos tea, which was a French tea brand I had never heard of: mariage freres.

It was a lovely subtle flavor, and the tea bags looked unbleached (though I did not verify that).

I would love to come back and try some of the not vegan or gluten free items, as my bakery impression was that things look amazing but have one controlling taste, but I know there was far more here than I tried.

The staff are quite friendly and work really fast, moving the line along quickly and getting orders out within minutes even with how busy they are.

I got an everything bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese. The cream cheese isn't too thick and goes well with the bagel, and the bagel is toasted to perfection. The breakfast sandwiches are also quite good as well, and they pair well with the bagels.“
