“Tonight, we spontaneously explored Ella’s Wood Fired Kitchen in Wareham, and I'm thrilled we did. Despite having no reservation, we were promptly seated in a cozy corner near the bar. Our server quickly attended to us, delivering refreshing waters and delightful traditional mules. The highlight was the special pomegranate margarita with reposado and pomegranate simple syrup – truly amazing. For starters, we indulged in fried pork ribs, a Caesar salad with exceptional homemade croutons that had a cheese filling and focaccia with garlic Parmesan oil dip. The generous slices of focaccia were a personal favorite and very easy to pull apart. Moving on to the main course, we savored Chicken Parm, TAGLIATELLE bolognese, the house special surf & turf with scallops, and the WOOD GRILLED NY STRIP OR 6 OZ. FILET MIGNON with smashed fingerlings, roasted onion, shishito peppers, horseradish crema, and chimichurri. The in-house-made pasta added a delightful touch, and the rave reviews for the special surf and turf almost led to a second helping. Unable to resist, we took home pizzas – margarita, three cheese pepperoni, and sausage ricotta. For dessert, we all enjoyed a pistachio toffee cake in a mason jar with pistachio gelato and dulce de leche sauce. The entire meal was a delight, and our server's kindness and excellent recommendations enhanced the experience. We're eagerly looking forward to returning, perhaps opting for seats at the bar next time. The restaurant's charming decor, candlelit ambiance, and consistently busy atmosphere make it a highly recommended dining spot.“

I used to love this place but either they mess up on the pizza it's cardboard box nasty flat and the subs are so filled with meat ( turkey) it's falling out the sides breaking the whole roll itself barely any lettuce or pickles! last time I got a turkey sub the bread was hard as a rock and it had barley any turkey meat , what is going on with this place !?! they're rude when you order and it's a pickup waste of my gas for sure and money I won't be ordering again this place went room 5 star to zero lost a great customer get your crap together honestly why are you packing rhe sub with one much meat for it to just fall out that's such a lack of effort horrible service and they don't ever take accountability EVER!!“

“I like The Bog Tavern and meet friends there, often for lunch. Like today~for my birthday! I should have gone with my gut and ordered my usual fried chicken sandwich instead of the Lobster Roll, which was a ($38.00) Lunch Special. I was speechless when our server(amazing Jordan) brought it out. It was a mealy, measly serving of lobster meat on a limp roll, with no lettuce to hold it together. And it tasted bland. Bog: Summer is almost here~ you need do to a MUCH better job with the classic Cape Cod Lobster Roll ~or take it off the menu!“

“I loved the food, but if you say your dog friendly then actually be considerate if a dog barks once or twice. I was told I would have to leave if my dog barks again (only barked once because he got excited about food and being in a new place). Just my opinion, but if you list yourself as a dog friendly place then you should expect not all dogs are just going to sit still and not bark or move around a bit. Dogs aren’t made to just sit still. I would love to come back as long as they don’t complain about me bringing my dog.“

“This is a great place for some really fantastic food . The menu is full of local harvested goodies . They have a daily special menu also . I went hoping they had the fried soft shell blue 🦀 sandwich, but unfortunately they did not . They said you have to check there website as they post when there available . We'll now I know ! I ended up getting the fish and chips and it was huge and delicious . Ate half and have the rest for later . The staff is courteous and attentive . The prices are fair . The restaurant is clean and the tables are big . I really appreciate the room and it doesn't feel so crowded . I'm going back for sure !“

I had Cranberry pancakes and they were the best pancakes 🥞 I've ever had ( I never eat pancakes). I would highly recommend this place.“

“Pretty awesome little stop. Got two fish and chips. The gentleman working there was pleasant and funny, like that quirky uncle you only see once a year at Thanksgiving.
Fish was cooked perfect, xtra thick filet, i didnt ask but i think it was cod, generous portion of fries.
Will be back to try out more of the menu and shakes.

“I have never been to a friendlier place. Its a small bar full of character and full of characters. I am 20+ years alcohol free and im telling you, this is a place you can go, have a soda and just take in the crowd. Great people. Highly recommend!

“My daughter loves the gold fever wings so I decided to bring her to 99 in wareham, it’s the only 99 we go to. We had another great experience! The staff is by far the best around, definitely the A team on today. We walked in and right away Nancy greeted us and sat us down right away, she came back a few times to check in on us as she was constantly moving, running food, hosting, seating, and helping out wherever she could. I’m pretty sure she’s the manager, if not should be. Great work ethic and outgoing personality. Our waitress Lynn who is also a bartender was fantastic! Polite, professional, and great personality, exactly the experience your looking for when your spending money to dine out. She was basically doing 2 jobs and must have checked on us 4-5 times, she was outstanding. There was another woman who brought our food, she was amazing, even my daughter commented how nice she was when she walked away. I usually don’t write reviews but when I left the restaurant I was even saying to myself what great dinner experience I just had and wanted to put it out there. If you’re looking for great service in a friendly atmosphere give 99 Wareham a try, you won’t regret it.“

“I worked with the Perkins Family for 15 years of my life! Many trips with ed jr down the cape and he has always had a passion for cooking and we had many conversations about it on our trips back n forth from the cape! I had lost touch for awhile and had heard ed jr had his own restaurant now and we had recently gone down the cape to visit my girlfriends dad at the military cemetery and we made sure we stopped in to check it out and im not surprised that his presentation and food is so good! “East Bay at Pinehills has become one of our most favorite restaurants on the South Shore. Every time we go, the service is top notch and given many of the customers are regulars the staff is always warm and inviting each time we are there. The room is inviting and warm with a large bar available if you want bar service complete with plenty of TVs that are available to watch a game while dining. The dining room area is clean and pleasant and all in all the ambiance is just right for a nice night out. The food at East Bay at Pinehills is excellent and every time we have dined there the food has been top notch. Last night we started off with the homemade pretzel which fills a plate, comes served warm and with a fantastic beer cheese sauce to dip the pretzel in. Really good! Last night I went for the short rib burrito bowl which is simply bursting with flavor and features a nice amount of the most tender short ribs you could ask for. Other items ordered last night included the turkey croissant which is a new addition to the menu but was excellent and was served with thick bacon, cheddar cheese and a maple aioli along with a burger than was cooked perfectly and came served with fries that were better than most. Other times we have dined there we have tried the fish sandwich, the flatbread pizzas and several other menu items. In essence, the menu has something for everyone and something different for you to try each time you are there. Highly recommended!“

“It’s always a great meal at The Rye Tavern! My friend and I had brunch this morning outside on the patio. It’s a literal, hidden gem in the middle of the woods. Our food and drinks were delicious. The setting is perfect to feel like you are stepping back in time. The food is creative, elevated, farm to table, and delicious! I will always recommend The Rye Tavern.“

The raw platter, clam chowder with a stuffie, seafood bake, almond & cornflakes crusted haddock, & hot dog were all incredibly flavorful. Excellent service from Felicia too! We loved our dinner experience so much we went back the following day. The Bloody crafted by Salina was a highlight, paired with a pickle shot and pickle martini. Our meal began with chips & salsa, then a hot dog, cubano sandwich, and finished with a gigantic lobster roll - everything tasted great.“

The food is banging omg , always taste so fresh , and honestly this is probably my most favorite pizza I have ever had!!
