Note to the first reviewer below: If the cookie is called burnt sugar and fennel shortbread, you certainly should expect to find fennel in the cookie! If you don't want fennel, don't order cookies that have fennel in their names.“

“We recently hired Googans to cater for a celebration of life. We kept it simple with a cheese and veggie platter, sandwiches and sweets- finger food. Everything was absolutely delicious! People were raving about how good the sandwiches and desserts were. I absolutely recommend for catering and also to stop in their shop for breakfast and/or lunch. “I am a huge fan of key lime pie and have sampled it at pretty much every opportunity. Each time, I find something that isn’t an A+. The crust is too grainy or crumbly, the bakery has added meringue (which I like on lemon but not lime), or—and this is the most common offender—there is entirely too much lime in the recipe. But the key lime pie I had at Caramel was exceptional in every possible way, especially in its balance of lime flavor. I didn’t try anything else there, so I can’t vouch for the macarons or other goodies, but if you love key lime pie, RUN to this bakery!“

““Pure Pastry” was highly recommended by “Cakes for Occasions” because they couldn’t make a Vegan cake. So I called and asked Kim to make my son who is a Vegan an all Vegan birthday cake. We were all pleasantly surprised at how delicious and moist his chocolate cake was with vanilla cream frosting with strawberries in the middle and on top was. Five people ate this cake and we all loved the taste. It looked beautiful too. Another thing I also love about this bakery is the cake box. The cake fit in the box very nicely and on the top you could see the cake through a see through film which was an elegant touch. My son’s cake was so good that I had to order a Vegan strawberry vanilla cake for my birthday too. I can’t wait to get it. Kim is so very friendly and such a nice person and she is very easy to get a hold of on the phone. I very highly recommend Kim and “Pure Pastry” for all of your pastry needs.“

The owners are warm, lovely, friendly people who run a high quality bakery. Although I am particularly partial to their whole wheat bread, all of their products (scones, cookies, olive bread, brownies, etc. etc.) are excellent and sold at a very reasonable price.“

“I’ve lived in Glosta close to 50 years and love a good pastry. Caffe Sicilia is my favorite place to go for a pick me up or a good craving. The cannolis IMHO are the best in town and I never discriminate when it comes to food.. Despite often being slammed with customers, the customer service is first rate. Want a good pastry? Think Caffe Sicilia it does not disappoint.“

The service is impeccable—the staff are always very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. You feel like they care about each customer.
All the products are fresh, made daily, with that delicious aroma of freshly baked bread. The breads, cakes, and savory treats have a homemade flavor that makes all the difference. You'll want to try everything! Especially the carrot cake with that wonderful ( calda de chocolate)😋😋😋.
Another very positive point is the cleanliness. The environment is very well-kept, organized, and pleasant for those who want to have a coffee on the spot or take something home.
Definitely a bakery that's a pleasure to visit. I recommend it wholeheartedly! Keep it up!

The were shipped and came in INCREDIBLE condition and cold!! We received a variety and what I love about them is the cake is SUPER moist with the cream being fluffy and having just the right amount of sweetness! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to send an amazing sweet treat ❤️❤️“

“I've been eager to try this bakery since it took over! I'm so glad i did! We initially went in to get one thing each, and both of us left with a whole lot more than we intended to buy! The pastelitos were so amazingly fresh and delicious, and he made my Mango smoothie with a whole fresh mango! The flan was out of this world, and my friends Caramel Cake tasted like heaven! Even the french fries we got were fantastic! The gentleman who helped us (I'm guessing it was one of the owners) was so incredibly friendly, he definitely made two more local customers! We can't wait to try slices of his other cakes,as well as the other items listed on his menu! Great amount of food for the price as well! All around, a great guy, a great business!“

We are from the south, and are honestly used to sickeningly sweet cupcakes that you have to scrape most of the icing off to eat the cupcake… These cupcakes were delicious! The frosting was light and fluffy and the cupcake was light and sweetened just right. Such a pleasant surprise! I would rate this one of the very best cupcakes I’ve ever had! Just delicious! “This place has changed name. I delivered to Jacqueline’s Gourmet Cookies which is now Rich’s. Same location just new name.Drive thru the parking lot straight to the rear of the building. Dock doors are labeled and numbered. Quick unload. Super easy check-in. Plenty of space to back in. (Considering I got there super early in the morning) Backed into door 11 (receiving). I got there 6:05am for a 9am appointment & was unloaded in 20 mins max. Professional workers. Overnight parking allowed. Overall a great experience delivering here. Such place is how all warehouses should be.“
