“We just had one of the best take out meals in quite a while! I had the filet mignon with french fries and a ceasar salad and my wife had the chicken on the barbie with sweet potatoe and house salad. My filet was done to perfection, was tender, warm and extremely tasty. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The brown Canadian bread was great as always. We did notice the salads were in new packaging which appear to yield less in the bowl, but that really didn't matter because the amount of food was enough to fill our appetites. The staff is quite friendly and professional. They have a great musical playlist with the accompanying videos on TV screens. They also have sports on other screens and a huge bar in the middle of it all.

There is also a sizable, covered outdoor space.

There was a large group of seniors there for a special outing. The food they ordered looked so good and they told me that it was delicious and they had so much fun. It's a great idea to take people here for almost any special occasion, in my opinion.

“Went for a business event. Visiting Boston from Copenhagen, Denmark. Nice food, good beer, nice atmos. But when we left it was heavy rain. Our Uber app didn't work for some reason. Tried to get a taxi. No luck. Went back in, asked if they could order a taxi, but the taxis would only come if we paid over the phone. Wasn't to keen about that. The manager said, after trying to get a taxi, I'll book an Uber, and she paid for it. She didn't want any payment. I only had 10S in cash which probably could cover it, or most of it. However beside the point, the manager covered our Uber ride, and just asked us to do a good deed to someone else instead. Wow, that was impressive and not something I have ever tried anywhere. A very beautiful end to a nice evening at the Yardhouse. Thanks a million, much appreciated.“

Although we had a reservation, I asked to sit somewhere less formal, and the hostess immediately offered us a perfect high-top table in the bar area. Coming in from Cape Cod, for a concert at Fenway we had reservations for Abe and Louie’s, but there were 2 at the bar so they let us sit there instead of our table. Our bartenders were great. To our surprise, Bree almost immediately said “Happy Anniversary!” And our drink order was taken. Michelle made a spicy margarita with a nice kick and a heavy glass, and a soda. Then we ordered shrimp cocktail which were brought out in mere moments. The shrimp were huge and cold and crunchy- perfect! We took our time and were not rushed to order our meal, but once we did, with Kendal, she asked all the right questions, offered to split our salad in the kitchen, and made some great recommendations. I wanted my Filet with their wedge salad as my entree and was told no problem. Our meal, my huge filet and my man’s ribeye were both cooked as requested and his suggested garlic whipped potatoes were creamy and yummy! The food was all out of this world, but what made the dining a true experience was the tango these three women danced around each other, each knowing what the other was doing and exactly what their patrons wanted. You can get a great filet many places but I pay for the service and we both felt like we were treated like royalty. Thank you Bree, Kendal and Michelle for making our anniversary and my retirement a true celebration!!“

Well She suggested Ashley, who was absolutely amazing! Great personality, great service, never felt rushed, checked back to see how everything was !! To top it off for the very first time in all the years I have been coming here this is the very first time we had a very nice Manager come to our table and ask how everything was!!! His name was Mike. He was walking around checking with other tables, helping deliver food. I was so impressed!
