“Ordered on NYE and had to wait about 15 mins once I arrived, but they had 30 people hanging out waiting for their orders. They were efficient and polite and the food was awesome. This is the 4th or 5th time we've ordered, usually delivered. Always great quality, and we live about 20 mins away. It's worth the drive or delivery.“

“I ordered subgum chow mein. It comes with cashews on top. I always tell them NO NUTS. I got home and started to eat and the nuts were mixed in. This almost sent me to the hospital. I called them up to tell them I strictly said no nuts. They didn't compensate me in any way.“

“Local Korean Spot — First time visiting and I can definitely say that it is the best Korean restaurant in town. The food was amazing a solid 5/5! The last time I visited I said the customer service could be improved however we came to eat dinner a few days ago and they really did improve their customer service — The waiter & waitress came to check on us every 5-7 minutes. Our food was ready pretty fast. Other than that the owner is very welcoming & thoughtful. We couldn’t figure out how to cut our beef ribs and he gave us tips. He also made sure we were okay every here and then. I will definitely come back!! Highly recommend this restaurant!“

“This is a great place to grab a drink and listen to live music. Not a place I would grab food again. I’ve given it a couple of tries and the food both times has taken a long time to come out. First time we had a large group (place was empty) but we decided to give it another try recently. We didn’t have elaborate meals - 3 meals for takeout. Salad, chicken and chips, and grilled tenders and cucumber salad. My allergy free salad had a crouton in it the first time I ate there and the chicken has dark black grill marks. The second time I ordered it with the house dressing and beef tips - it was told to me it was gluten and dairy free. Once I got the salad home, I realized they had packed blue cheese instead. The beef tips on it were terrible as well. The manager/owner comes out to discuss allergens but it doesn’t appear that anyone checks the orders like at other restaurants I have been to. I’m aware it’s always a risk going out but that shows they didn’t put attention to my gluten allergy free order either time. The cucumber salad was soggy and disgusting, not prepared that day. It’s an awesome place to check out for a drink and music but the food (at least options we selected) were not great regardless of the allergy vs non allergy items. Definitely check out for a drink and the music, great atmosphere for that.“

“Kam’s is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the southcoast. I’ve beengoing there for well over ten years, and the food is consistently excellent. Fried dishes are light, never greasy. Vegetables taste fresh and crispy. Service is friendly.“

You know they say a closed mouth doesn't get fed... so I had a little situation with a delivery order last night and I stopped in today to bring it to their attention and they promptly and very courteously took care of the problem, apologized, and made me another full meal. I was very pleased with the quality and quantity of food When I reached home so thank you very much😙Just a note if you ever get a food order whether it be delivered or in house and it is not to your liking It is best to speak up than to give up and pass judgment, and possibly not go back there to eat again...because this could have just been a mere mistake...and I wasn't going to go back today... and I did and they made good on it... so that made my day.
