“On our Ladies Day out July 8, 2025, we picked Seaport Grille for our dinner spot. Beautiful ocean front setting. Can dine inside or out. I had the mussles appetizer over a side of linguini that came with 2 pieces of Garlic bread. Someone got the Lobster Roll. All the food and drinks were excellent. The waiter was spot on. Very clean. Highly recommend.“

“As an expatriate of New England (Massachusetts and Maine) and an avid preparer & eater of fresh seafood all my life, I can categorically state that the shipment of lobsters and steamers we received last week from Intershell was the best we've ever had since I moved to the midwest 30 years or more ago. The lobsters were 2 1/2 pounders. They were lively, sweet, tender, and delicious. And despite their large size, the clams were clean (clear of grit) and *most importantly* tender and sweet. The seafood was very well packaged, arrived on time and, while not inexpensive, the price was competitive. The best seafood dinner we've had in years! We will definitely be ordering from you again!“

“Each time we visit this astonishing restaurant, we wonder if they are as spectacular as the last time. And they always are, no matter what the season, but in summer try the Key Lime Margarita for color and taste and the seafood casserole never disappoints. The server was Gabriel F. and an angel in disguise. And in this heat wave, cool and quiet we were indeed and so pleased to be at the Azorean.“

“The food at Talise was amazing! Farm to table, fresh, wonderful flavors and a variety of options even for such a small menu. We had the romaine salad, tuna crudo, short ribs, and halibut. Everything was delicious! We were psyched to be able to get a reservation as they were initially fully booked.

My only complaint was that we were sitting on the small deck (overlooking the water, which was really nice), and there were 2 very loud tables near us with no other background noise to drown out their loud conversations.“

“Amazing Pizza. I am a New Yorker and admit to being a bit of a pizza snob. It was with a fair amount of skepticism that I went to Short & Main in Gloucester MA with friends on the recommendation of one of their friends. The recommendation billed the place as one of the best pizza places in the USA. I was, to say the very least pleasantly surprised. To state it more clearly I was gob smacked! The pizza here is true Neapolitan, a thin crisp crust with a slight raise around the edge. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The pizza was cooked to a slight char and had a nice bite. Bravo!“

“I went to see Coda today at the Gloucester cinema on essex Ave. Just as the movie ended there was a typhoon. But, I walked out and saw the Fresh Catch truck there. So, I stood at the window in that downpour to get haddock, scallops and pepper smoked salmon and an unbelievable surprise I will tell you about in a second. I baked the haddock, delicious, I sautéed the scallops in half and half and seasoned flour with smoked paprika and s&p, the sweetest most beautiful scallops I’ve ever had, shared the smoked salmon with my granddaughter and her friends who stopped by and they absolutely loved it. Now, the “surprise”. You’ve never had anything as delicious I got to try. It’s SMOKED BACON PEPPERED SALMON. We all went crazy fir it. I hope they will carry this ongoing. I promise to buy five pounds a week if you do.“
