The homemade pastas that you bite into and your teeth feel that little firmness,😃, the flavors that your palate starts taking on, your brain instantly wants MORE! As you savor (and possibly moan a bit to loud lol) the incredible flavors of something as simple as carbonara, w/prosciutto, red onions & Romano cheese. Every visit, including take-out has been 💯% spot on! Mentioning take out, we recently dined outside, and watched the grubbers (grub hub) mad dashes in and out multiple times! We recognized at least 3 drivers, non stop pickup and drop orders, repeatedly! Thank you so much Little Store for your incredible hard work (when no one wants to work and think they should get everything free🤬🤬🤬) You are what America is built on! From the front of the house to last dish washed, you are all a generous team, so it appears from the outside. Great Job! P.S.Your freshness is duly noted!!! There are desserts, lemon mascarpone 🍰 cheesecake (can’t remember if it’s cake or cheesecake…red, red, wine..) Just stupid delicious at the end of a fantastic meal!! The atmosphere was great and I have to give a big shout out to our waitress Rachel, who was a total sweetheart and very accommodating, as well as Tori, who took over as our waitress when Rachel's shift was over. “I go to Woodman's for the best scallops and the haddock is sooo good, too. Clams are loose and juicy - whereas down the road they are tight and crispy - so there is preference and debate about that. I have loved Woodman's for years. Love the place - clam people should explain their preferences a bit more :).
It's a fried seafood place - so get fried seafood - split a platter rather than chowder and cake if you want a lighter meal :)“

“500 Ocean is a beautiful property with some amazing amenities. It is in a great location, surrounded by ocean views, restaurants and very accessible to the T, literally right below the building. My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“

“I love this place. It’s located in the beautiful town of Salem on the water. The setting is perfect. My siblings and I enjoyed appetizers, lunch, cocktails and mocktails at the bar. Great service. One odd thing was that the tv closest to us had an infomercial on dental implants during a good portion of our visit. I’d think someone in management would be paying attention to that. Maybe put a baseball game on? I didn’t mention it because our bartender was busy keeping everyone fed and happy. She was great. They served my delicious fried clams is a plastic bucket which was unusual. All the clams were under the mountain of fries. The awesome bartender got me a big plate so I could empty the bucket and enjoy my lunch.“

“I had lunch with friends here yesterday and everything was great but I have to mention that our server, Russell, was hands done, one of the best servers I have ever had. He gave us plenty of time to catch up with each other with cocktails (about an hour!), He paid for a round of drinks because we wanted to order from the brunch menu but missed it because we talked for so long. He said it was his fault for not reminding us! Unheard of! He let us have a leisurely 3 hour lunch, with no pressure at all, and was very attentive when we needed him. He even sent over a delicious birthday dessert without even being asked! Russell is The Best!!“

“Stopped at Essex Seafood, for the first time, yesterday. I can’t say enough good things about it! The building, inside and out, is immaculate! Once you get inside, the help is courteous and kind! And the food is so good! My wife and I, each got a special, and the portions were huge. Everything was delicious, and their onion rings are awesome. You cannot go wrong, stopping here!“

“When I popped into Mike's for a quick roast beef, I wasn't expecting anything special. I eat a lot of roast beefs and have high standards. I have to say, Mike's impressed me. The beef was massive, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was somehow better than it normally is. I highly recommend everyone who likes roast beef give Mike's a shot.“

“Been going here since the late 70’s. One of the best roast beef seafood restaurants on the north shore. I moved from Peabody to Florida in 2018 and wish we had a roast beef seafood place that was even half as good. I still visit Peabody once a year and this is always on my list of places to go. Food is still great. Yes it may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I think they are fair, everywhere prices have increased, I would rather pay a little more and keep the quality. Love this place.“
