“Went to Nan’s Kitchen in Southborough for the first time yesterday! So glad I did. Got a grilled chicken wrap with avocado and it was amazing!! The wrap was huge and so reasonably priced. “I found myself in Worcester yesterday and searched for vegan food online and found Belmont Vegetarian among others listed. After seeing several pictures of dishes I decided to go! And I’m glad I did! Belmont Vegetarian (where everything is vegan) was delicious and in heaping portions. There’s a smaller (but still big) container for only $17 and change and a giant container (which I obviously got) for $19 and change. I got BBQ, mac n cheese, rice , beans, and chickpeas, and some sweet n sour steak. They also make their own delicious juice with sea moss. I got watermelon. The place is set up for takeout mostly with only 2 dining tables.Definitely worth the drive from NH!“

“Absolutely the best N. Y. Sirloin I have ever tasted. It was thick, tender and favorable, served with a chicken-of-the-woods reduction that was perfectly paired with the steak. Reservations are recommended and the place was full within the first hour of operation. It can be a little noisy, but that's to be expected for an restaurant that is as popular as Romaine's. Service was adequate and attentive for the Saturday night crowd“

“I was beyond excited when I realized there was a Ted's near Marlborough because I hadn't been to one since I lived in CO over a decade ago. And thankfully it was as great as I remember. The partially pickled cucumbers at the beginning = delicious little snack. I ordered the 1977 America's Cup burger, bison of course, without cheese, and it was FANTASTIC! The fried egg and burger were cooked to perfection. The fries were delicious as well. Service was great. Zero complaints. I will be back 😋“

“My wife and I are regulars at Kennedy's Pub, and we usually sit at the bar. Bartender Billy is as nice a guy as you can find, and he also makes a great martini. The food is consistently excellent, and their prime rib special as well as their clam chowder are the best in the world, and that is not an exaggeration. The atmosphere is cozy and down-to-earth. We feel very fortunate to live so close to such a wonderful neighborhood restaurant!“

The staff went above and beyond — multiple people came by to thank us for coming, especially when they learned we had driven two hours to be there. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and made the night extra special. Dinner started with warm homemade bread and oil for dipping. Scott had the braised short ribs, I had the steak tips with grilled veggies — both were absolutely delicious. We ended by sharing the most incredible strawberry shortcake with homemade grilled biscuits, lemon curd, strawberries, ice cream, and whipped cream (with a candle, of course!). 🍓✨ In a city with so many options, Joey’s was truly the best choice. We’ll definitely be back — even though it’s a two-hour drive, it’s absolutely worth it!“

“We were just passing through today, as we don’t live in MA. Coming from a medical appt, we wanted to refuel before hitting the road again. We stopped into the Diner, 4 of us, hungry & ready to eat. We were pleased with the large and varied selection of food offerings. This alone would have made it a pleasant experience, but we’d also like to mention what made it fantastic. Warm customer service with a smile! Also, after learning more about this business, we see that they help their community with offering free meals on Thanksgiving and they also help those who are less fortunate. We also learned they are a well-known stop for essential workers, staying open even in difficult weather. We appreciate this, as our son is a plow driver and an essential worker. The portion sizes were more than adequate and the eggplant lasagne tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. The only disappointing thing is that I wished we lived closer!“
