I didn’t catch his name but a gentleman with tattoos helped me out and was quick, extremely nice and when I went outside to eat, he brought me a glass of ice water! What a guy- thanks for the conversation and great sandwich.“

“Upon arrival notice that restaurant was clean , customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Eric and Mason , Eric took my order correctly and was kind. Manager Omar and Betty prepared my food and it was to my satisfaction! I come here at least 2 to 3 times a week and there always friendly, polite and always get my order right.“

I am personally a very picky eater and it do not like chain sandwich shops but the shot table us different. My go to sandwich is a small tuna with Craisins lightly grilled. Sometimes they cook it for too long and it gets really hard but if that happens let them know and they will remake your sandwich for you free. I'd say nine times out of 10 my sandwich is perfect..“

“We come here often but today , a Saturday during lunch rush, the manager, working by herself, with a line out the door, kept her poise and treated every customer with politeness and patience, greeted every customer who walked in the door with a friendly smile and hello. This young lady is the epitome of professionalism and great work ethic. The owner Kim McCarthy is lucky to have her and hope she appreciates this extremely hard working woman. Outstanding job.“

Parking: A few spots, in the parking lot. But the gym it's attached too has plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: The menu has sandwiches and smoothies, they also have AMAZING acai bowls.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is in a gym which is accessible by wheelchair and the other entrance from the outside is wheelchair accessible too“

“I like this place; it's a friendly place with people who are very kind and always make you feel good. The only thing is that I personally don't like the peppers that they use and the onion for the Phyllis steak and the chicken. But everything else is ok.“

When I got there a lovely lady greeted me warmly and complimented my hair! Great.
When I got home I saw my sandwich wrapped so cleanly and gently along with a side of extra ranch, just incase (IYKYK)
