“Certified Asian foodie here. I travel for work and restaurants are one of my agendas when I travel. Hands down the best chicken fried rice I have ever had. I also ordered the Korean fried chicken wings which is top notch. This place is a hole in the wall gem but when you get here, you will see how packed their small place is. Can’t wait to try more of what they offer.“

“The best general tso's I've ever had, and it's not even close. Perfectly crispy, a little spicy and the flavor is on point. Not to mention the portion size is very generous. I don't usually leave reviews but this place is incredible.“

“I recently dined at this restaurant and found the portion sizes to be more than generous, easily enough to satisfy a hungry appetite. I particularly enjoyed the chicken lo mein. The general gau chicken, however, was a bit too oily for my liking, and the egg rolls were rather bland in taste. I'm not entirely familiar with Chinese cuisine, so I'm unsure if that's how they are typically prepared, but it didn't quite suit my palate. On the positive side, the price point is quite affordable, and the restaurant offers decent seating for those looking to dine in. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a hearty meal at a reasonable price.

“We all thoroughly enjoyed our Hot Pot Buffet. Great value for high quality ingredients that were very fresh. We tried several choices not typically found at other restaurants. Our fantastic wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. We recommend Fairy Cafe and will definitely be back.“

“My girlfriend and I were in the mood for takeout food, so we tried a place near us that we hadn’t had before.
After trying to branch out to find new places to eat and were mostly underwhelming, Bamboo Cafe came through for us! We got the chicken pad they, vegetable Lo Mein, boneless spare ribs, and Ravioli. Everything was delicious and we definitely plan to go back.
The spareribs and ravioli were especially delicious, probably the best we’ve ever had.“

“Amazing Cantonese food and attentive service at Big Fun Cafe.
This is one of the best Cantonese restaurants that I’ve ever been to so far. The rice rolls and clay pot rice are authentic and must-have.
The staff were attentive and friendly from start to finish. The space was limited, so there may be a wait if you come during peak dinner time.
Street parkings were available nearby and should not be difficult to find.

“This hole in the wall is not pretty Inside, but they do have Cantonese/Hong Kong Style food. They are Cash only. We got the curry sauce pork on spaghetti and Beef stew & wonton soup. The service was decent. Don't have have expectations for service at any Asian places. Our food came fast, but getting our bill took time. They got pretty busy. The wontons tasted homemade and the broth was very rich in flavor. The curry sauce was thick and tasty. The pork was perfectly cooked. Overall, a good experience“

“Boneless spareribs, pork fried rice, and beef teriyaki were all dried out and the chicken fingers had raw batter in the middle! The coke tasted like syrup with no carbonation and when brought to the attention of the waiter he said he was aware of the problem the machine is not working.“

“It's a nice little hidden gem for takeout. It gets really busy for dinner on the weekends. I don't recommend the salt and pepper chicken wings. They almost had no taste. I liked everything else.
Parking: A limited amount of spots in front of the building.“

“Best Chinese food in the Brockton area. But please don't take my word for it. Go try it. You'll never be upset that you did. ?
Parking: It's kinda a small parking lot. And it's on the corner at a light. So just be careful. Please !“

“Ronald Coleman I agree with everything above. Sunrise House is my go to Chinese restaurant. Takeout service is excellent, the food is the best and is always hot when I get home (15 miles away). Love their General Gau's chicken combination plate with pork fried rice and a appetizer of boneless spare ribs--all for a price of $13 +tax. It is enough for me to have 2.5 meals of great eating. Pick up is easy because you can park in a spacious lot. When you go inside you can see and smell the delicious food being cooked in an immaculate kitchen. The interface with the workers is pleasant and quick. I go there an average of twice a month. Try it you will not be disappointed.“

“Soups here are very good and flavorful. The service is quick (implied by the name 10 second delivery) because the prep is done in advance. If you get takeout, expect noodles and most toppings to be packaged separately as trays to one container. Parking can be found on the side road. It's located behind Wollaston station.“

“It's my 2nd time coming to this restaurant and i'll be coming back again and again. Highly recommended place with great food, excellent service and wonderful (instagrammable) atmosphere. The 1st time we came, Kai explained how everything works, even explained the level of spiciness of the broths, showed us how he mixes the sauce in their sauce bar. Also, the price is cheaper compared to neighboring hotpot in the area.
Overall we had a very good experience!“

“It was very quiet when I visited, I had been out and needed to get food and was craving Chinese food. I have many allergies, and they were very caring about what I ordered. Food was tasty and pentiful. Price was about average. Service was good.

“I have been going here for over 15years and their food is always great! Recently I noticed that they increased their prices and made their combination plates smaller. That is a bummer. I can understand an increase in prices because of inflation but not a decrease in portions. That is not good for the consumer. I hope they can address this because I really love ordering Chinese food from here!“

“I couldn't rate the atmosphere, it's a take out place. But I have been going here for years. The food is amazing, you walk in and see the kitchen, it's immaculate. Also when I go in they always remember I like extra sweet and sour sauce. It's a hidden gem in Braintree.“

“Pleasantly surprised by the food and quick service. Wanted American Chinese and decided to give this place a try despite the reviews— so glad I did! Ordered online and it was ready when it said it would be. Went inside and saw how food was cooked fresh and to order. It was clean and very deliciously smelling. Ordered an appetizer sample and it smelled and tasted fresh and with quality. Got an order of general gau’s for my husband he and liked his meal. The flavors of the lo mein had that wok flavor and I was impressed. The food was fried well but not only. Will definitely come here again.“

“I've ordered from Hull Jade a few times since moving to Hull in December 2020. Being from NYC, I'm a little picky about my Chinese food, so I was delighted when this little restaurant hit it out of the park! I appreciate that they offer small and large portions. Their Crab Rangoon & Pad Thai are especially good.“

“My meal was delicious. I can’t speak for service directly or atmosphere as I had the food delivered via Uber Eats, but this was almost precisely what I wanted and I am a hard customer to please. My two misgivings are that the crab rangoons were a tad soggy on the bottom, and the broccoli in the general Gau’s chicken was a little tough. However whatever the detractors, the positives far outweigh them. The chicken, though white meat which is usually not my fave, was prepared and fried perfectly and was both juicy inside and crispy outside. The amount of sauce was just right. Four rangoons came with the combo meal which seems reasonably generous, filling tasted just right. I also upgraded the combo with a second app accompaniment— got an egg roll which was just right with cabbage and pork filling. Duck sauce was not too sweet and had that nice hint of fruit flavor that reminds me of applesauce— just right. Fried rice was not mushy nor was it dry, just right, with a wonderful little bit of smokiness/molasses flavor, a little bean sprout and a sprinkling of nice pork pieces.Base price excluding delivery fees and tip for the driver was around $20 and it’s easily enough for two filling meals (The photo i included was after I ate half at least).I look forward to trying other dishes in future!“

“Just like many other people in Quincy, the loss of imperial terrace was like a stake in the heart. However, Lucky dragon is even better than that other place. Although I'm a little embarrassed to say that I am recognized by the order I repeatedly place with them, the food is just that damn good.“

“I have ordered China Chef every 2 weeks for years. I love their dinner plates, Appetizers, egg rolls, and chicken and shrimp. The delivery guys is always pleasant and the food is a toll hot.I hope you stay in business forever.Thank you China ChefYou make delicious food.“
“Throughout the seven years I’ve been ordering from this restaurant, I’ve managed to work through a good number of the dishes here, and can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed.Everything here feels like the tastiest version of itself, though the “four happiness” over the roast pork fried rice is a personal fave. Just the freshest, tenderest, most generous cuts of meat and vegetables. Huge portions, too. Easily two meals, and I’ve got a big appetite! The people are just the sweetest, and so hard-working, always going above and beyond to offer a top-shelf experience.Consistently satisfying and delicious food served fast and friendly. Love this place!“
“Their food is BOMB, i just love the food here. I'm excited that they're open till late and at the same time I wish they'd open earlier. They only pick up the phone after 8pm sometimes even later. They are accommodating if you speak to them politely. The food is on the pricier end compared to other places so just don't be surprised“

“Ok I’m giving this a 4 cause I didn’t eat here but I wanna write this cause it’s just bad business practice. Your restaurant name has “hot pot” in it so you have to serve hot pot when open regardless of time, otherwise don’t open. You cannot just open and then put a sign saying open on weekend brunch time for dim sum only even if you have a big sign. I Google this place and it doesn’t say that online. I got there and was disappointed that I could NOT get hot pot for lunch. It’s just poor marketing and messaging and business practice. That’s why restaurants like these fail. They primarily open for hop pot for dinner but wanna grab the dim sum crowd yet has wrong and confusing marketing message. That’s just poor execution on trying to make more money. Either offer hot pot and dim sum for lunch or change the name to not include hot pot. That’s like me going into a pizza shop with “pizza” in the business name but not be able to get pizza cause you open at 9am and try to get the breakfast crowd. It’s call market confusion. I would not be going back for hot pot or dim sum cause I already had a bad experience. Good luck!!
PS. to be frank I already have three goto dim sum places in Quincy including Ming’s, Windsor, and Eastern. So you have to be BETTER than those three for me to consider switching. You’re better off doing something different for brunch dim sum crowd, which I have a few ideas if you’re interested ……“

“Growing up in Brockton this was the go to place..the serving can feed 2-3 at times and the service is quick..But over the years they have became super rude especially on the phone is the worst..the short guy is beyond ignorant and the building has got worst…rate the food 8/10“

“A friend and I got some food to go here a few weeks ago at night and I must say that the food was very good. It did take about 20 minutes for it to come but it was made when we ordered so I know it was fresh. The service was great also very kind people that work there. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant.“

“So I got in my Delorean and took it up to 85 mph… it transported me back to a time when food was food. I couldn’t find a menu online so I called (yes had to call my Gen Z friends), I order a bunch of stuff I “assumed” any Chinese food place would have and everything was fine. They took my order and got it right. They told me 15min, I showed up in 12, and it was ready. I spent $38 and both my GF and I have lunch tomorrow. The pictures on the wall haven’t been updated since 1982 and I hope they never are. I grabbed a paper menu i my way out so I can order with precision week.“
