“I’m impressed! Stopped and picked up some of the brisket, Mac and cheese, pasta salad, potato salad and corn bread. The brisket was delicious. Not dry at all. The sides were all good also. I’ll definitely be going back. I stayed in the car, admiring the big a$$ monster truck parked in front 😂 while my husband went in and ordered. He said they were super nice!“

“This was my first visit and I ordered the hot pot. The waitress who waited on me spent many, many minutes explaining how my meal should be cooked and what I should put in first. “DELICIOUS FOOD in a relaxing atmosphere! My wife, son and I were very pleased with the friendly, helpful staff and the good food. I had the brisket shepherd's pie with a zucchini side (both were the "special" for the day) which came with corn bread and so good. My son had the 1-meat plate (pulled pork BBQ) with a baked sweet potato also with corn bread and very good and my wife had a salad. Sorry, I didn't pay attention to her salad as I was enjoying my meal so much but she said it was good. We had plenty left of all 3 meals to take home for leftovers. They have a ramp for easy access, our son is disabled so we really appreciated that, and outside seating with umbrellas. We'll definitely be back.

“BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!“

“Cattle & Cornbread catered our Jack & Jill for us and we were blown away at the service and quality of the food. From the very beginning Steve was extremely easy to work with. We were able to share our vision with him and he made it come to life. He made the most incredible charcuterie spread as an appetizer to start and the rest of the dinner was cooked to perfection. We received so many compliments on the food! Hats off to Steve for his professionalism and his craft in the kitchen. We are so thankful for his hard work & dedication to our special event. I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in West Springfield, where I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Combo with a Caesar salad and mac & cheese. From start to finish, the meal delivered on quality, flavor, and satisfaction.

The meal started with warm, freshly baked bread served with creamy whipped butter—simple but always a nice touch. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, topped with crunchy croutons and shavings of parmesan, a well-balanced start to the meal.

Then came the main course—a perfectly grilled sirloin steak, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with Redrock grilled shrimp skewered and served over a bed of rice. The shrimp were plump, slightly smoky, and caramelized just right, with a side of melted butter for dipping. The mac & cheese was a standout, baked with a crispy, golden breadcrumb topping that added a nice crunch to the creamy, cheesy pasta.
