“This was my first visit and I ordered the hot pot. The waitress who waited on me spent many, many minutes explaining how my meal should be cooked and what I should put in first. The meal was out of this world and the food was devilish. I highly recommend it. As General MacArthur stated "I shall return".“

“We were coming from thr airport and needed to catch a quick bite. I found out about this place a few years ago, but we never had a chance to go. I ended up getting the Santa Fe salad and a cup of chili because it was a chili kind of day. It had good flavor, but it had green peppers in it. Not a fan. The salad was good sized, so I ended up leaving with a box. My husband had the nachos. I tasted a little of the port, which wasn't bad. The portion was huge and he was loving the Carolina sauce, but there's a self-serve station so you can try them all. And they had to-go boxes handy, so you didn't have to ask the staff. Although they were quite friendly. Nice display of desserts next to the counter, but we did not partake this time. Lots of parking and some booth seating with a rustic interior.“

“The food was good, although I wish they hadn't lathered my rice plate with damn near a bottle of sauce without asking if I wanted extra sauce. I ordered a falafel rice plate, a slice of pie, along with chicken tenders and fries.

As with most places in Springfield, customer service was mid. I don't get why so many of these cashiers are so miserable. People need to understand that they need the customer to return in order to keep the lights on. It's not hard to be a friendly face and to voluntarily offer that the food will take some time. It took 15-20 minutes to get my food. I would've rated this place a 2 but the food at this price is very good.“

“BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Love Cana's BBQ !! - This was always my 'go to' restaurant whenever I had guests, but I am afraid it will no longer be the case. We will drive to Amherst/Northampton in future. I recently had relatives from England and we always come to Cana when they are here BUT This time was a huge disappointment. We ordered the BBQ only to find out that their selection of sides had been reduced from 10 to 5. Even the broccoli was reduced to 2 very small pieces. How are you going to split that between 4 people? The other 5 sides which were usually included, are now available for additional cost. Their prices are not cheap to start with, but we have not complained because the food is really good, but to spoil one's reputation for the sake of a few cents to add a few more pieces of broccoli, or a full selection of sides for a party of four, is certainly not the way to increase your bottom line because now you have lost these customers.. With drinks and dessert our bill was close to $200, and we always spend at least that mic at Cana!“
“Cattle & Cornbread catered our Jack & Jill for us and we were blown away at the service and quality of the food. From the very beginning Steve was extremely easy to work with. We were able to share our vision with him and he made it come to life. He made the most incredible charcuterie spread as an appetizer to start and the rest of the dinner was cooked to perfection. We received so many compliments on the food! Hats off to Steve for his professionalism and his craft in the kitchen. We are so thankful for his hard work & dedication to our special event. Would recommend 100%.“
