“I want to give props to Jade, who was wonderful. I frequent this store and I'm usually greeted by friendly, but incompetent children. Jade took our order, helped us determine what donuts were available, double checked our order and at the window needed no reminder as to what we bought. I do not know her and have never met her but I was beyond impressed with how efficient and pleasant she was. Pun intended.“

“My neighbor stops at Donut Dip each time he is driving to his family in Red Hook, NY. After trying some examples from Donut Dip, I have settled on the jelly filled cruller as the best donut that is available today. It is dense, crunchy, sweet, full of “donut flavor”. Incredible. “Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!

Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocks

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! “Went inside. It's a very busy drive thru dunkin' but I was waited on fairly quickly. The girl at the counter was courteous, but seemed rushed. The order took a while to be made, but it was tasty. A good experience overall. It'd probably be faster to go thru the drive thru if you go here.“

“It feels a little weird to write a review for a Dunkin' Donuts, but I wanted to shout out the staff for being so nice every time I go. It's a busy spot, but they keep the line moving quickly. I commented on how pretty my coffee looked with the whipped cream and drizzle once and the lady who handed it to me said "Only the best for our customers!" with a big smile. What other Dunkin has service like that?“
