“I had a great experience at the Holyoke Mall Sbarro. My server was Joshua and I wasn't able to get the small salad that I originally wanted, but when I decided to get a slice of pepperoni pizza, he threw in an extra slice because he could not grant me my original order. The part I liked wasn't about the extra slice I got to eat, but the fact he even thought about how I might feel. I cannot say it enough how much the excellent customer service made me feel for the rest of the day. The workers will definitely treat you right! Thank you again Sbarro, and Joshua.“

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. “I believe it was the owner that greeted me, This was my first time into the deli. He told me he thought I would really like it and he was wrong, I LOVED IT! I tried the hot bar. For $9.99 a pound they have an array of fresh made dishes. I tried the lemon chicken, mac n cheese, vegis & roasted potatoes. It was like having an Italian home cooked meal on the fly! I am excited to go back and try other hot bar items and they also have a delightful menu of sandwiches/wraps/salads for lunch! I work in the area and I am glad I stopped in today! The kids and adults were restless waiting for their main meal. Apps, breadsticks and salads were great, but we ended up taking one meal to go as the last meal kept getting taken by other servers for other tables.“

“Spoleto‘s Continues to provide outstanding cuisine. We have been customers since Spoleto was located on the south end of Main Street up to it’s latest iteration next to the railroad station. The food is great, the parking is free, the wait staff are excellent and all is good. Since all good food requires time in preparation when it doesn’t come out of a frozen locker; the wait time can be longer than McDonald’s, however, nothing better than sitting and sipping while waiting. A great New England experience.“

“Iris told us she has owned this place since 1963! She took so much care to make sure we got the food we wanted in the time we had to sit down and eat. Everything is fresh baked, woth fresh ingredients and it definitely makes the difference. It reminded me of my grandparents, the way they used to cook.

Some small notes, but not to deter you, make sure you go to the bathroom before hand because there is none here. It does take some time for deserts, because they are made fresh; about 30 minutes. The tables can be a bit wobbly, but it all has a wonderful, thoughtful presentation from the old country, as she put it. We did not see alcohol on the menu, but it was nothing problem to grab beer across the street and eat it with our wings and pizza.

The pizza was exactly what we wanted from that Greek/Italian style, cut into squares and the wings were surprisingly good. Get the garlic parm.

I ordered a couple random pastries, all of which were beyond amazing, and the chocolate layer cake was just HEAVEN. I really like the unique and authentic selection of pastas they have here for sale as well. I left with a squid based pasta that I'm very eager to try.“
