“I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot right outside of the restaurant.“

“Stopped for a quick to go order on roadtrip to NJ. Liked that they offered lobster options- nice change from typical fast food.Very clean and efficient operation with prompt service. One suggestion would be to offer sliced rye or sour dough bread as option for sandwich. The white roll is a lot of calories and not so healthy. They offered a wheat wrap but it was also high in calories.

“I have always loved Richards! Recently i ordered a catering order -30 sandwiches with chips, drinks, cookies the whole 9. I chose to pick up and they helped me load my car, we’re super friendly, and everyone absolutely loved the sandwiches! Shortly after i left, they called saying they had forgotten to give us our water. I didn’t have time to go back, so I suggested that they just credit me. Instead, they went above and beyond and delivered the waters to the conference I was hosting!!!! Highly recommend“

“Exactly what you want in a little sandwich shop, good food, soup, and a grumpy old man behind the counter. Is he a little abrupt? Sure, but maybe you would be too if you spent the last 40 years telling people to order at the other counter under the two very obvious signs I somehow missed. The shop is definitely a throwback and feels very nostalgic. We will be back again for sure. Oh its cashier only so don't forget to bring some or hit the atm.“

Parking: A few spots, in the parking lot. But the gym it's attached too has plenty of parking

“I heard Jersey Mikes was in Northampton from a friend of mine and I was meeting PAM who does my hair in East Hampton and I sent her a message and said hey let me bring you lunch Jersey Mikes she ordered and then I decided I would have one and I added to her order and when I left, they were so busy That I just paid my bill took the two grinders to meet up with PAM at 1:00 I realized I was not charged for one of them and I called them today to settle up the girl that answered the phone says let me get you the manager Jon Michael got on the phone a little surprised that I was honest enough to pay for this meal And he said enjoy it on the house. She didn’t rush me and listened carefully to my needs. She was alone and yet the place looked clean and spotless. The food I got was very delicious and I would definitely recommend this place.“

“This subway is worth going out of your way to compared to others nearby. There is a VERY sweet and kind woman who works there who very clearly cares about her customers. She has baked me fresh cookies when there was none readily available. As well as when she makes my subs, they're always carefully packed, and look picturesque. She was even thoughtful enough to remind me that the cheese for my pretzel didn't come hot and advised me to microwave it in a separate container---so thoughtful and sweet!! 10/10!!!!“

Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“

Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...“
