“Wow, ten years since my last review. I'm happy to say that not much has changed. The area overall may not be what it once was, but Theodores has held strong. We showed up shortly after opening on a Saturday for an early dinner with some little ones in tow, and were lucky we didn't show up any later, as the line was out the door. Portions were still good, the brisket and burnt ends were delicious. The collard greens were good as well. Mac n cheese wasn't for us, but wasn't bad. The service was also great, even with them being pretty slammed. To double-down and quote younger me, "I'd likely frequent the place if I worked in Springfield".“
“Went here with a friend. Had some great German food, we tried a variety, and all of it was exceptional. Legit German beers, the kind you can only get from a real German place. “Went early on a Saturday (4:15 reservation) because it was for a birthday and we had dinner resevations later, the place is large but pretty empty. I assume that they pick up later in the evening because they place is cool and there's a lot to do besides throw axes. There are at least 6+ rows for cornhole, pool tables, seating around, and arcade games.Our host Grave was great, it's especially nice to have someone give you pointers and tips and keep track of the scoring and games (especially if you and you others are competitive). They have you pick funny name tags when you first get there which just adds to the experience.They have pizza there but we didn't order as we had plans later. The bar was small but their beer list was extensive, if you can't find anything there then that's on you. Lol The only thing I didn't love was at the bar there was no pricing that I could see and only the electronic menu above. Even though it was quiet in there and only 1 person before me in line it took almost 5 minutes to get my beer, not really a complaint but when people are waiting on you to get back to throw.. well you know. Guess I woukd say buy your drinks ahead! But a beer and a Gatorade was about $14 bucks so I'd say average.Throwing was fun and the competition really gets brought out! We were both laughing and sweating as it's a workout for sure! Great time so glad we ventured out and tried something new. Would love to go back and would definitely recommend!“

“Good food in little old Enfield. Acapulco serves up the Tex-Mex cuisine that's evolved from Mexican, Texan, Californian, and other influences. Certainly not "authentic Mexican," the food is familiar and comforting. The food is much milder and less aggressively spiced than Tex-Mex closer to the Mexican States, that's probably quite pleasing to most customers in Enfield. The service is always helpful and pleasant.When we come into town and want some quality Tex-Mex comfort food, Acapulcos is at the top of our list, and they always make us very happy.“
“The entire bar has been remodeled and updated. This is not the Septembers or View Street of years ago.We had dinner there tonight and started with fried pickles and they were awesome. My wife had the chicken wings that were also very, very good; not over cooked. They're soaked in a brine to help them crisp up and bring out a great flavor, without the breading. They were 10/10.The owner, of Portugese dissent, made me a soon to be posted dish of spicy shrimp, or shrimp Mozambique. This was another 10/10. This was very reminiscent of The Red Fez's spicy shrimp. Grilled bread to soak up the sauce and just the right amount of spiciness.Service wise, it wasn't very busy, as it was a Sunday evening, but either way, the bartender and staff did a great job and they were very attentive. The current menu is a mix of a Portuguese cuisine and bar fare. What I saw come out of the kitchen were good sized portions and well presented dishes.We will certainly be going back soon and look forward to the expansion of their menu.“
“# colonialcafe, Chicopee has amazing food, especially for the price! They have taco Tuesdays where they offer $2 tacos that are huge. And on Fridays did you fish on Fridays. Usually I eat there twice a week Tuesdays and Fridays I just started going there about a month ago the staff are friendly. I typically will get two to three meals out of the serving size that they give you! And their prices to begin with are extremely cheap. There is another place that does fish as a Fisherman's Platter and charges just under $40, Colonial Cafe only charges just over $25 in the plate size is just as big if not bigger! Cooked fresh and ready to go if you're ordering take out they do have a phone number where you can call in advance just tell them EJ sent you! Don't be sure to take good care of you. I have no Financial benefit for recommending this place my benefit is effectively good care of me when I'm there and I'm sure they'll do the same for you. Happy eating“
“Food was great and the pretzel is huge! Prices were reasonable too. Service was excellent the only downfall was they closed at 8:30pm on the night of the college football national championship. Was looking forward to ordering tons of food and drinks while enjoying the game but wasn't meant to be.“

“One of the best bars in Chicopee. The owners Mary and Lissa have really done a number on this place after taking over after the pandemic. Karaoke with DJ Niz on Friday and Saturday, Live Music on Thursdays, Trivia on Wednesday, Manic Mondays with Mary (the food Mary makes is phenomenal). Always chill and it's never overrun like Doc's or Rumbleseat. The people, bartenders, and ownership are all spectacular. If you have to have a drink in Chicopee, make it here. Trust me, this bar is the best in chicopee, super underrated. I've seen so many people who have never been here before become regulars. Tori, Olivia, Brady, Lissa, Lisa, Mary, Luis, Niz, they're all amazing beautiful people. You'll never wait long for a drink unless it's absolutely slammed with just 1 bartender, which is just a testament to the amazing service at this bar. Seriously, I've seen the bar completely packed, standing room only, and the one bartender will still never have you waiting. Longest you'll wait when it's like that is 10 minutes MAX, and thats enough time to smoke a cigarette or a joint or whatever lol. But for real, I love this bar and anyone who comes here, if you haven't tried it, TRY IT!!!“

“The Lighthouse used to be a solid if unspectacular dark bar. The addition of three golf simulators has added a new wrinkle. The simulators are very good. I believe they are the Trackman brand. The service can be slow. During the week they usually only have a single bartender. The food is just bar food, items that be heated up in a microwave. It’s a decent spot and they also have a pool table or two. Customers are friendly and it’s a decent spot.Parking: Parking is very limited in the lot but on street is available.“

“This our favorite Mexican restaurant. Even after moving to CT a couple of years ago, we still come to Frontera's Boston Rd location. We like that we see many of the same faces when we dine there. Last time, I had the Korean short rib tacos and they were fantastic. But the star of the dish for me was the side of black beans. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and great Patron marguerites.“

They have live music, but left before the musicians started.Ordered a couple of apps - fried pickles and bourbon wings. Apps were served fast, fresh and hot.
