“We had lunch here yesterday and the food and the service were both excellent. I had the maple bourbon bacon burger, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The meat was so delicious and perfectly cooked. I also had sweet potato fries, which were wonderful. Definitely a place to return to.“

“Ordered on the Applebee's app for delivery and an item was forgotten. Called the restaurant 6 times only to repeatedly get hung up on. I ordered for delivery for a reason. Now I have to still drive there to get my missing item after paying the $13.02 service fee and a $2.99 dispatch fee. On top of a $25 tip to the driver. Very disappointed in the Applebee's in Westfield MA.

“Burger King is my first choice for fast food burgers. They always have been. Fresh onions and pickles and I just love the fry’s. The buns are fresh and their nuggets are better than the other fast food restaurants to me. My car know where to turn and its into Burger King. The sausage biscuits and breakfast burritos are delicious. I just had the Whopper Jr meal and it was GOOD!“

“One of the reasons I like RR is they put the meal calorie count for every item on the menu. I refuse to go to restaurants that don't. Restaurants religiously give more food at a meal than we need. Sure yiu can get the rest to go but most of the time at my house it ends up in the back of the fridge forgotten. I ordered the Ceasars chicken salad wrap without the fries. Here's my 1 star removal. The waitress was insulted I didn't want the fries and pushed HARD to either take the fries or MUST order another side. If I didn't have my grand daughter with me I'd have let her have it or got up and left. That level of pushy disrespect wasn't necessary.
The wrap was DELICIOUS. And our food came fast. Another reason I like RR is many chain restaurants are FREEZING inside. RR is very comfortable. I'll go back but if she's our waitress I'll ask to be re-seated or leave.“

“I like that it's a New Place, about 1.5 years Old, w Great Interior and Seats. The thing I don't like is that breakfast Croisandwiches are made before hand and Sit Under big eating lamp. I have brought them back occasionally cause R Not Fresh, Dried Out and Not warm. Sometimes Hash Browns R same way. When This BK first opened. Everything was Fresh and Hot! Unfortunately this BK Has slid down from that and is more like other not so good BKs in area and less like it was when it opened up till about 3 months ago.“

I went back up to the counter and waited a good 30 seconds before the guy taking other peoples orders saw me standing there and got someone’s attention. The name on my receipt was Isaac R. I really hope Isaac gets the recognition he deserves because he made sure my order got fixed and even made sure I was happy with the new milkshake before I left. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before I even got close to the door. His customer service was 10/10. (I was having a terrible day before this and wanted a milkshake because they’re always so good. He definitely made my night!)“
