“First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“

“Looking for a chipper & a couple Guinness, you found the place. Nice staff and doing great before a hockey game at Tsongas on a Saturday afternoon. Talking to a couple folks who go there often they all love it.
Later College crowd, so if that energy is good you are in the right place.“

“Did not order food- been a while since I went here. The place seemed to have a old and new crowd to it. Bartender was new (used to a female bartender there) was not thrilled with my drink but the dude was nice. Had to move around but an ok visit“

“We regularly visit Paddy's and always have a positive experience. Their staff is super friendly and treat their regulars fantastic. The food is standard American bar food, and you get exactly what you expect. We enjoy their Monday night trivia and special events. I also appreciate that they are involved with the community, like opening early after the Turkey Trot. If you are nearby, it's worth a visit.“

“Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. Had one of the specials, fried chicken pot pie. I've had me many of chicken pot pies, but this one was simply one of, if not the, best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back.“

“we just got take out from the Billerica 99s and our meal was wrong . We called just to see if they could make us another one and they went above and beyond to make up for it. They made us a whole new order, gave our money back and gave us a free dessert! I l know things happen and food isn't always the way it should be during take out but I appreciate the fact they went above what they could of to replace it. @billerica“

“I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants but decided to eat here at the last minute. The French onion soup was really good. I like that they offer cheese and crackers. The prime rib was slightly over cooked but still good. The bar staff is very friendly.“
