“I have to admit, I prefer the deep fried Haitian patty better but this bakery blew me away with the baked patty. The patty was flaky enough to feel the outer layer breaking away as you bite into it but the inner layers were soft and consistent. The filling as well as the dough were both delicious.If you’re trying get an authentic taste of Haitian baked goods I highly recommend La Baguette Prime Bakery.Langue de boeuf used to be a really nice treat for me back home.”

I. needed something quick cuz I was hungry and it was closing, so I ordered a Greek salad and some fresh chicken wings With the top of the hill calzone special with chicken. Everything was hot and fresh. Tasted great. I'll be going back here this has just become my quick grabbed some good food spot. I went kind of when it was closing. “I've ordered the cubano and completo sandwiches and both were very good. I also love their fresh Tamarindo juice. Their prices are reasonable. The staff has greeted me nicely both times I've gone. The only con so far is Parking. It is usually hard to find, causing you to double park or go around several times. Besides that I would recommend to check them out.”

“Simco's is ok.. Most of their food is Good.. But they're kind of pricey to be in a poverty stricken neighborhood. If you purchase 3 things your going to pay like almost $60 -70.
I mean if I was at a sit down restaurant.. but dang! Lol 😂 but service is fast enough.. faster when not too busy. 4 stars for me.”

“Wow! All I can say is wow! Ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it was incredible! Crispy, cool slaw, crunchy chicken. Definitely the kind of fried chicken sandwich dreams are made of! Ordered loaded fries with pork OMG! Fries were extra crispy so they didn’t get soggy when sauce was applied, pork was insanely crispy and savory! The slaw was just the perfect texture and the pickled onion added the perfect bite of acid!”

“Asia Mei is easily one of the best Chefs in Boston. I've eaten here several times, but I can't believe that I haven't written a review before now! My husband and I had brunch at moonshine 152 last weekend and told friends about it. Next thing you know, the four of us were in there around noon time today having brunch again. We shared three starters, alongside sharing all four entrées and everything, I mean everything was to die for! Ms Asia herself delivered some of our plates and she is just as delightful as she is talented. Needless to say, dinner is amazing here as well. The vibe in the restaurant is so easy and you can tell that the staff get along very well together. What I can't believe is how this place wasn't fully packed today or last weekend even. Definitely a good amount of patrons, but I've had brunch at places that are hard to get into and left much less satisfied.”

“We went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. There were so many options to choose from but my husband decided on a pizza from Lala’s Neapolitan-ish Pizza. The size of pizza for the price is good. I got the Cheesy Ramen from Ms. Clucks Deluxe. It was delicious!! My husband saw their chicken sandwich and already decided what he will be getting next time we go and we don't even live in the state (lol). It wasn't crowded at all at the time we went in. There were plenty of open seats (both bar top height and regular height tables). We can't wait to go back.”

We loved being able to share and sample so many dishes, and each one was a masterful balancing of herbs, spices and flavors. The service was also top-notch. We can’t wait to return! It’s no surprise that it’s hard to get a reservation.”

“The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice, but the waitress with red hair, who wasn't Asian and was wearing a Harley Davidson bomber jacket, was very rude. She had a judgmental and unhelpful attitude while we were choosing our meals. She suddenly brought the check even though we didn't ask for it, as if she wanted us to leave.”
