“We appreciate the food at Longhorn. However, we have encountered a recurring issue with takeout orders, specifically regarding side dishes. On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“

“Have been there multiple times. The food is always great, and the portions are always large. I mean large, you aren’t eating a whole dinner in one sitting!
Caitlyn has been our server on most occasions. She is always quite pleasant and does an amazing job!!!

“The Spicy BBQ Caesar salad is amazing. It’s HUGE! I had it for lunch, dinner and lunch again! The meat was delicious and that sauce? Perfection. It seems like more of a take out establishment when we went to the Millbury location. But my coworker had the chicken tenders and she said her meal was equally delicious. Next time we will order to go, but there will definitely be a next time!“

“The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! Fantastic service, incredible food, and kindness are a winning combination!“

“We have family in the area, so whenever we visit from out of state, it's a must to have lunch at this specific Westborough Papa Gino's location. The staff is friendly, and their pizza is SO good. “I always want to try all of Armsby's dishes because they make meals based on what's in season. They have a lot of staples on their menu like the Smash Burger that I absolutely love. I crave the burger and fries here and it's hard to deviate. The drinks are always unique, too. If I just want to have a nice drink after a long week or stop in before some Worcester type event, I would choose Armsby over anything. The staff are always so friendly, too! It's such a Worcester institution and a must-try!“

“Always like the food here . It can be a little hard to find even if you have the right building. They mainly serve sushi and sashimi, so don't come expecting teppanyaki (grill tables). Fish is fresh and nicely presented. If you're not sure what to get, ask the staff for recommendations. The restaurant doesn't get a lot of natural light.“

Lots of street parking and a parking lot across the street dedicated to the restaurant. Recommended the fresh shrimp rolls and the pork chop rice platter. Worth the wait for sure.“
