“We appreciate the food at Longhorn. However, we have encountered a recurring issue with takeout orders, specifically regarding side dishes. On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“

“The veal picatta is absolutely divine. Cooked perfectly. I also tried the homemade fettuccine with a pesto cream sauce. Amazing. So good. I love the way food is prepared at Calabria. The only complaint I have is the Italian bread. It takes gummy and without flavor.“

“The Spicy BBQ Caesar salad is amazing. It’s HUGE! I had it for lunch, dinner and lunch again! The meat was delicious and that sauce? Perfection. It seems like more of a take out establishment when we went to the Millbury location. But my coworker had the chicken tenders and she said her meal was equally delicious. Next time we will order to go, but there will definitely be a next time!“

“The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! Fantastic service, incredible food, and kindness are a winning combination!“

“Went for lunch on one day and it was insanely fabulous went for breakfast another day and it was also great! Portions are HUGE definitely can split with someone or for another meal. Prices very reasonable. The only meh thing was that there was a musician at breakfast making it a bit difficult to hear. Music was great just a bit loud for breakfast. Highly recommend going. “The food is so warm, comforting, and made with such care. The atmosphere is always festive. Employees and customers are always in a happy mood. The drinks are tasty, refreshing and full of spirit. The chips and salsa are a great start, but be careful not to devour them and spoil the appetite you'll need to tackle your main dish! You'll walk out extremely satisfied because of the wonderful food you consumed. But, you'll also be pleasantly surprised because Pepe's is the best bang for your buck in Worcester.
