“I dont know what kind of dark magic they use, but their dairy and gluten free pumpkin pie is delightful! Even my picky eater kid ate two whole slices. I go at least once a month and stock up on treats which I then freeze to have on hand and its so worth the money and the drive. Thank you, Twist, for having gluten and dairy free treats that are actually good.“

I bought two boxes of 6, one nutty and one chocolate lovers. I am floored with how delicious and creamy they are. “I recently purchased a loaf of cheddar beer bread from the Hometown Bakery and it was incredible. Toasted in the air fryer for a few minutes with just a little bit of butter and it made both a delightful snack and accompaniment to breakfast. Can't wait to try it with spinach artichoke dip! 🤤“

“I grew up in the area and have lived abroad—mostly in Europe—for the past 15 years. Over that time, I’ve become very aware of the differences in ingredients and food quality between Europe and the U.S. When I come back each year to visit family, I often find that a lot of American food leaves me feeling bloated and uncomfortable, likely due to additives, dyes, and lower-quality ingredients that I’m no longer used to.

Blue Moon Bagel Cafe is the one wonderful exception.

I’ve been coming here since high school, and it’s the place I genuinely look forward to eating when I’m back in town. I truly trust their ingredients: the food tastes fresh, clean, and well made, and it doesn’t leave me with that heavy, uncomfortable feeling I get elsewhere. The sandwiches are delicious, everything feels thoughtfully prepared, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Prices are also quite reasonable for the area, especially considering current inflation in the US.

I’ll admit that some of the desserts are total sugar bombs—but that’s probably just my now very European palate talking! For those who love a sweet treat, they’re clearly doing something right.

All in all, Blue Moon Bagel Cafe is a real gem in Medfield. I’m grateful it’s still here and always make a point to visit when I’m back about once a year. Thank you for staying true to quality and consistency all these years.“

“I always find the staff at this DQ to be extremely friendly. I went to get an ice cream cake the other night, and when asked if I wanted something written on it, I said “feel better “. It was a little bit noisy and it seems like the lines could swell during busy times but that doesn't take away from the overall rating for me.“

“First off we got our chowder before the drinks. The drinks came after the chowder. The server said “they were busy” but that is not an excuse because they are often busy and good restaurants take that into account yet still provide stellar service. Drinks first than appetizers. My salmon was cooked beautifully but the onion strings were too greasy and soggy. My husband's sole was overcooked but he enjoyed his sides. My other dining companions enjoyed the shrimp scampi and sandwich. Overall not 100% satisfied but I would go back again“
