“We brought 9 middle schoolers for an ice cream birthday treat. The teen girl working at that time had just completed the orders of an entire Girl Scout troop. Not only was she the utmost of calm and collected amid the flurry, she was speedy and friendly. TC Scoops is a Holliston staple- great ice cream and friendly staff!“

“We really like these cookies. Some flavors more than others. Only problem we have had is that I placed an order online in the morning and scheduled pickup for that evening. When I arrived at the store, 45 minutes away, they were sold out and the store was closed. I had already paid for my order in advance about 10 hours earlier that day. I had to call the manager the next day for a refund. I understand that they had unexpected sales. But if you paid in advance, the order should have been put aside. Despite the situation, the employee and manager were nice and I received my refund.“

Customer service is always excellent & Guy is a great owner & is taking care of his customers by selling gloves, sanitizer, wipes, etc during this time.
