“This place isn’t somewhere you’d usually go for seafood. I tried it today, and it was excellent! Good portion, reasonable price and tasty. All the waitstaff are friendly and accommodating. One of my favorites ?Parking: Wasn’t busy when I was there so there were open spots. Busy times it may be a bit of a challenge.“

“I stopped here with an old friend and my 1.5 year old daughter on Friday night. We basically had the place to ourselves due to it being Black Friday and we had such a nice experience. The staff were very friendly and didn’t seem bothered at all by my rather rambunctious daughter. I’m fact, they all seemed happy to have us there. I’m never disappointed by the food here but this past experience was particularly memorable. Thank you Lexi’s!“

“I was on a flight once, and after the plane landed the flight attendants walked around with iPads asking passengers if they'd like to tip the flight crew. I'm only kidding, but in today's day and age where tipping culture has run amok, I wouldn't be surprised if this became the norm. Spirit, don't get any ideas, now! I have no problem with tipping, and do so generously. Yet, in a world where the trees will soon be subtly nudging towards a tablet with every breath I take, it was refreshing to hear about a no-tipping restaurant that pays its staff fair wages. Always nice to support a family business, too. Thus, when I was more-or-less in the area and due for a family date night, I decided to finally give The Cormorant a try. I had the opportunity to try the Naan-chos and the Duck vs. Cow burger. With the Naan-chos, I appreciate the creativity, but the execution did not work for me. I feel that the parts did not work together to form a cohesive dish. This comes down to two factors: First, the large size of the ingredients, specifically the naan chips and veggies. There is only so much I can fit in my mouth without looking like a barbarian! Second, the lack of cheese as a binding agent meant there was little to help stick components together. Where it comes to the parts on their own, the naan chips were a good base for the dish, and were cooked nicely to give just the right amount of crispness while not making them as hard as a tortilla chip. The hummus, beef, and veggies were good, but nothing to write home about. Though, I'd like to mention: the "spiced" beef felt as if the only spice was salt, and maybe pepper. The harissa, meanwhile was incredible! It had great flavor, and a pleasant level of heat. Meanwhile, the garlic maple tahini sauce did not work in this dish. It was heavy, in-your-face sweetness that did not meld with any other ingredient. The Duck vs. Cow burger was a different story. I loved the combination of the duck confit and burger patty. The duck especially was cooked to perfection and brought tremendous flavor. The aioli and the sweetness offered lovely savory and gently sweet notes that complimented the protein nicely. The only thing missing for my taste is some kind of acid, even if it is only a pickle on the side. The onion rings though didn't quite do it for me - they felt a little heavy on the breading, and were the kind that the little onion strings escapes leaving a substantial bread shell behind. Inside, the space is small yet warm and inviting, and has counter seating and a couple tables. The service is polite and appropriately fast. The prices were reasonable, especially considering there wasn't the de facto service charge which is an expected tip. Thus, while The Cormorant was a positive experience I don't see myself schlepping from Quincy.“

“We are here, it's off season and still they put out 5 star service, food and drink. The seafood chowder was stuffed with seafood. I'm pretty sure the entire crab and lobster were in there. Lol. The wings shoukd be illegal they're so good and perfectly cooked with that little bit of crisp on the skin and meat tender. Our bartender/server, Lexie is so so nice and attentive and just kept the great vibe going . If you're in town you so need to check this place out. We're so full!! We forgot to get pics because we were too busy stuffing our face.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk is wide enough, slught incline up to door which is easy open. Bar right inside door so someone would help if needed. First table in long booth with half booth and slide in for wheelchair. All booths would accommodate.“

“Delicious. Being a South Shore girl, heading to the North Shore has always been a no-go zone. Decided today to be a Rebel. We ordered the fish plate and the Down River Combo. Both plates were overflowing with fries, onion rings, and fresh seafood. We liked the crisp, crunchy batter. The flavors were all there as to be expected. Maybe a little heavy-handed on the salt, but I'm not a huge salt fan, so it could have just been my palate. If I were to play devils advocate, for me, the seafood was a tad overcooked. The fries scallops were a little too chewy, and there wasn't much moisture left in the fish. But I guess that is why you are supposed to squeeze a ton of lemon on it anyway. We loved the atmosphere as well as the staff. Everyone was very friendly, and the restaurant was sparkling clean, including the bathrooms. I thought the prices were fair for the quality of food we received. We will go back again one day and try some other items on the menu. It was great to finally try Woodmans as it has been a go-to fish restaurant since 1914.“

“We came as a large group. We called ahead. They had a great spot for us. The food was very good and our waitress handled the kids, special diets and picky eaters very well. She also asked right upfront about separating checks. A huge thumbs up from me.“

“I absolutely love the GOAT. I love their menu. The food here is incredible. If you think this is just some random dive bar then my friend you are wrong. The food here alone makes it a magnificent restaurant! They're always extremely courteous and patient when it comes to ordering. They always keep the drinks and food fresh! I look forward to going here every week!“

“I order the steak rice bowl with feta and veggies and it's consistently delicious! I like my steak tips medium rare, and they are cooked perfectly every time. The other items on the menu are good too -- but this is definitely a stand out! Compliments to the chef!“

“Had a fantastic experience here! Stopped in while on a road trip for a bite to eat and was immediately welcomed by the employees. I got a cheeseburger and a shake and they were both incredibly good. The cheeseburger seemed super well made and fresh, and the shake tasted amazing. It was the perfect consistency. My friend said his hot dog was the perfect temperature and was super good. He also mentioned that the fountain soda was really strong and not watered down like some fountain sodas are. The manager, Jordan, came by to ask how my food was and thanked me for being there. The whole restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. The next time I'm in the area I'll definitely choose this Five Guys; it gave the best fast food experience I've ever had. Kudos to the awesome manager and crew!“

“In my opinion as someone fairly new to New England, this is the best pizza I found in this part of MA. Most of the other places around are Greek-style pizza, which I’m not a fan of.Recently we had our favorite, the “Sweet, Spicy, Salty” pizza, which has pineapple, bacon, and jalapeños. We ordered at 7pm on a Friday, and by the time we arrived 15min later the pie was ready. The toppings were fresh, the amount of sauce and cheese appropriate, and the crust - my favorite part - was tasty and chewy. There are a few tables, but this isn’t an “Italian Restaurant,” it’s a pizza joint. The business is clearly geared toward takeout.Friendly people, good food, what else do you want?“

“I visited PI Beachcoma with my family for the first time and wow was I impressed! My son is a musician so we planned to have dinner and listen to some blues. The blues band drew a big crowd and a surprise birthday party was happening simultaneously when we arrived. This made it impossible for us to sit for dinner as planned. Instead, we rolled with the plan change and enjoyed the mild November weather as the sun set sipping wine, eating the best clam chowder I've had in a million years! The atmosphere is fun, bright, and friendly so we hung out grooving to tunes while the staff took care of everyone who all seemed to be having a great time!Although not a local, I did not feel like an outsider, so you bet I'll be back during this, our first stay on the island!Oh, and how could I forget... as a self-proclaimed pizza diva I ordered a small cheese- I was thrilled with it's flavor, thin, crispy crust & we were left wishing we had ordered more! We'll be back- cheers to the staff, they were fabulous!“
