“This place is located in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking. The inside was clean, and it was quiet for a weekday during lunchtime. My order was ready within 5-6 minutes, and service was friendly.

- Combo #7 Slider + Fries: My first bite of the chicken was dry, but the rest was moist. The breading was seasoned well, but I didn’t taste any heat from the “Hot” spice level. Nothing special about the bun, and the coleslaw added a nice contrast, but I wish there were more on the slider. Wasn’t a fan of the fries because they were bland and not crispy at all despite eating them within 5 minutes. The sauce was good, though.
- Fried Oreos ($5.99): This was my first time trying fried Oreos, and they were surprisingly better than I expected. The outside was very flaky with a mochi-like inside. The Oreo taste didn’t change after being fried, but it had more of a brownie-like texture.

“This was my first experience with Blaze Pizza, and it was fantastic. The build your own pizza option was ideal for group of friends out shopping and enjoying Boston. The original crust is perfectly thin and crispy and tasted freshly made. You get to choose your own sauce and they have many options. I got the creamy white sauce base with mozzarella, grilled chicken, black olives, roasted broccoli, and mushrooms. It was so good and was 6 reasonably sized slices. I brought half of mine home. You’d think a custom made pizza would take awhile, but it didn’t. The pizza oven was right in front so you could see your pizza cooking. They have a few dessert options, but we were too full to try any. I do think the s’mores pie would have been gooey perfection with just a few seconds in the pizza oven. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!“

I do wish this location was open a bit later, but a lot of restaurants in Inman seem to close early, so perhaps an area-specific thing. I’ve never had a bad meal at Clover - all the vegan options have been great, and I appreciate that they change up the menu based on local, seasonal ingredients. My go-to is the chickpea fritter, the current lemonade flavor, and the rosemary fries. Just make sure you eat the fries right away, they’re wonderful but they do get dry!“

I live a pretty hectic life and the last thing I need is takeout that’s lackluster. If you want comfort food where you are still eating good for good price, Maaz is it! “The sandwich is just as I remembered ? as I remembered. I first had the Chickpea Fritter Sandwich shared with a friend. It was so good. It is a sandwich that is healthy and fills you up. In my opinion, it gives me energy without making me feel like I want a nap right after. I was awake and ready to tackle the rest of the day. O loved the Rosemary Fries, which is more than I get at other places and is enough to share. The price is up there, and I wish I had a friend with me to share this meal as it is enough in my opinion to share between 2 friends, depending on how big your appetite is. I love the history behind the decor, which is noted on the wall plaques. “I support and have been to clover many times, especially in my neighborhood Kendall sq, now finally getting around to a review. This place is great for lunch and a quick dinner option. Can order ahead for pick up. On this visit, I ordered one of the newer items- Verde bowl with spicy tender pork. I've never had fake pork before and I quite I liked it. The bowl itself was obviously well thought out and balanced, very flavorful with a good mix of textures and crunch. I might hesitate to order again tho as it has fried plantains/tostones and fried jalapenos which I could get without, but then it seems to become an even smaller portion than it was. I does feels it a bit expensive for what it is, but most things in this area are. Moreover, they do care about their where they get their ingredients, so I don't mind paying for that. The sides are great including the hummus, fries soups, beverages etc. I've had several other sandwiches including the meatball sub and falafel. Overall my only issue is they use more oil in their items (eg fried falafel or oily meatballs) than my tummy is used to. Tasty though nonetheless, and would be fine for those with less sensitive stomachs. I will continue to support this trailblazing vegetarian/ vegan establishment who sources locally, and hope to see more thoughtful places like it in the immediate future. Kudos to the food lab !“

Unsure why this chain is not entirely vegan - surely they could replace the cheese and sour cream (and egg) with vegan substitutes - but anyway I had the Mediterranean Bowl: falafels with chickpea and eggplant salad (could not identify any eggplant), pickled red cabbage and a green tart tahini dressing on the side. Very, very tasty. Tho be warned - if you don’t like your meals drowned in tahini, perhaps best to request this on the side.“

“This place is going to become one of my favorites. I can't believe this is all vegan!! The Nashville Hot Mushroom Platter has fried mushrooms with spicy sauce and salads on side. Crunchy and yummy. Also tried store-made ginger soda. Definitely different from ginger ale. It's less sweet and has more natural/real ginger flavor. Was not as bloating despite being carbonated. The employee who took my order (according to the receipt, Derek P) was super friendly and patient (I was overwhelmed by the sheer selection of toppings and ultimately decided on “all the way” without mushrooms).

“I’m honestly glad that I waited to post my original review with a lower rating and thought through the experience a little bit more. As always, I find it a bit harder to review fusion spots. Not just any fusion either, but one that is all over the world map. It’s easy to just nitpick one dish and use it to judge everything else; but what about that is remotely fair?

For example, their Beef Rendang (a dish that I’m very familiar with - including the different regional renditions) is more like a hint towards what “real” Beef Rendang is. I don’t even need to speak on behalf of the Filipinos regarding their adobo (which I also grew up on) who are infamous to show up on public forums to criticize and say “that’s not how my grandmother makes it” (lol).

What did come to mind is the old quote that many often find negative but actually was meant to be a positive phrase (if the last part isn’t so often omitted). “Jack of all trades, master of none, though often times better than a master of one”.

That definitely applies here with their style of food. There’s a lot going on and a good portal to the true potential of each dish. Definitely give them a try! Portions are good and the food is definitely tasty!“

“Expected more, especially for the price. The meat was precut, not from the spit, and cold. Putting it on the grill makes the pita bread hard and inelastic but the insides still saty cold. Ordering process was quite chaotic - several people were making the roll ups, switching places, all asking us about the ingredients. At that, two of the three people did not speak English. The size of the roll ups was rather small for $11. Overall, ok but our preference would be to have a less stressful ordering process, warmer meat and cleaner bathroom. For $16-17 a platter, there could also be a waitee, not “fast food approach”.“
