“I swung by at Lunch which for me is like 11am. They had slices ready so I grabbed a plain and a BBQ Chicken. I usually don't hit too many places in Newton because of the prices, but my total was like $6.50 for good size slices. Pizza was really good. Even the cheese slice. Good sauce.“

“I give this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️ We actually came here to the Four points Sheraton hotel because my husband has doctors appointments nearby. The reason for the five stars is first the ambience of the restaurant was on point and comfortable not to pretentious . We were met by the hostess and she said we could sit wherever we wanted as it was a Monday evening (early ) We started with a Guinness for my husband and I wanted a red wine . The waitress recommended a wine that was very popular Valentines evening and I wanted a Malbec . She brought me a sampler of both and then decided to go with a Cabernet on the menu and thanked her for her recommendation. We started out with the wings that were cooked to perfection along with a mesquite bbq sauce . My husband and I both ordered the Bishop Burgers . He ordered it medium well with Swiss cheese and regular fries and I ordered mine medium with Cheddar and their specialty Rosemary fries which were heavenly . This restaurant is part of the restaurant but separate. It’s a well known restaurant in the neighboring city where all walks of life go to . Jeff the owner also came by to say hello and to make sue everything was to our satisfaction. A+ all around“

“Went and got dinner here last week after the Red Sox game on June 26th and had a pleasant experience, I ordered at the kiosk which was very quick and efficient as always.

The food was great I got my usual spicy garlic chicken and then a honey bar dessert and it was all delicious. The service was also great as a whole too, the store was clean. They have nice seating inside and outside, I ended up eating outside because it was nice out. Will definitely come back again in the future if I’m ever in the area.“

“Perfect little sub shop in Backbay. We opted for the Italian Sub to go. The atmosphere was awesome with a lot of locals getting what seemed to be a regular daily lunch meal. The staff and customers seemed to know each other and a sense of community was ever so prevalent. The food itself was outstanding, even after a 5 hour train ride it traveled with us to ur next stop. Highly recommend this place. Truly a diamond in the rough.“

“Everything you could want for breakfast &/or lunch. The fresh salad bar - build your own - is awesome, hard to find these days. The lunch bowls were excellent, with perfect rice, sides of chapchae noodles and stir fry veggies. Delicious egg sandwiches, too. We found the bulgogi/beef teriyaki a bit sweet, but overall delicious and perfectly seasoned. The bowl/plate is also nicely seasoned w/sesame & green onion garnish plus the delicious sides. Other sandwich & panini options look great, too, but we always crave the rice bowls. Also the food is always freshly made. Beware during lunch rush hour. Mid-late afternoon is best. We often take away for dinner. Like all good sauces, the flavors improve! The place has table & counter space to dine in, is bright & cute, coffee is delicious and service is excellent. Tried Pokeworks at Quincy Market in Boston and honestly wish I found this place sooner! The market itself was super crowded and a bit overstimulating on a Saturday night, and the location was slightly hard to find because it was packed with people — but that’s definitely more about Quincy Market being busy than the restaurant itself.

I did a collect order and highly recommend doing that because my food was ready straight away with no waiting around. The portions were EXTREMELY generous and definitely good value for money. I got the poke salad bowl with tuna and prawns and added literally every topping possible (which was great because there were so many included at no extra cost). Everything tasted fresh and filling, and I was seriously impressed by how much food I got.

“Family had dinner at Stoked in Cohasset last weekend….what a great meal! Pizzas were SO delicious, as were the Greek and Caesar salads. House wines were really good. Children loved their meals too. I had the kofra kebab plate, ground beef with lamb, rolled and fried, salad, hummus, garlic sauce and tabouli. Look it up. I'm probably not touching it all the great aspects of it. Every part of it was exceptional, full of freshness and taste, each part distinctive in taste and presentation from another part. Not the usual commodification of Mediterranean food present in most imitative restaurants. So many spots are predictable, bland, food feeling like it sat around waiting to be served and unremarkable in every way. Not here. A full size salad, bright, light tastes with just the right amount of a delicate dressing. Not just the typical hunks of greens and ingredients thrown together with no soul and doused in some soybean oil based imitation.It was not the thick flour pita pocket that despite rips apart when you try to lightly stuff it with your salad or grape leaves or tabouli, despite being the thickness of baseball glove leather. This pita pocket was as thin as it could be, not the chewy baseball glove we usually get, yet completely resilient. It held everything I stuffed into it.“

The rice and chicken portions are often quite small, and the rice is not always fresh. At the same time, the salad portions tend to be very large compared to the rice. A better balance between the sides and more consistent freshness would make the overall experience even better.“

Tempura isnt the traditional Japanese batter, it’s got the premade thick layer you get from frozen pieces at the supermarket. Sushi rolls are as good as any other neighborhood sushi place. If you’re a discerning diner who can differentiate between real Japanese cuisine vs other styles, you’ll come away a little deflated. The service was great, servers were very nice. I decided on fried chicken and fried vegetable rice, which turned out to be an awesome choice. The rice came out first, and it was fantastic.
