“I’ve been to A LOT of coffee shops (in 49 states) and this one here is top 3 in the country in my opinion. It doesn’t have a seating area which Is fine with me because it’s set up for speed. Its a rather quick process, stepping up to the line, ordering QUALITY coffee AND food at a respectable price and getting ata there! The people are quick and polite. It’s a good vibe in there.“

I would have given 5 stars except for the young skinny Hispanic girl who works there and will completely ignore a long line of customers and just keep walking back and forth acting like she's cleaning or doing something that's so important but what's more important than taking care of a customer cuz if you don't have a customer paying then there's no business she needs to learn that“

“I loved the service, the smiling and attentive girl, she made me comfortable, I said some things in English and she finally said that I'm learning and I spoke very well. thank you, as always very tasty snack. there was no queue, and I used the bathroom which was very clean and ventilated. ample parking. “My go-to matcha spot! I order an iced matcha latte with oat milk. This place is a great local business with great service and welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of parking, different seating options and plenty of delicious items on the menu. Never disappoints.“

“This place has the best coffee in town. Their breakfast sandwiches are to die for. Lunch menu is just as good. Cookies, scones and muffins are all delicious. The owners Peter and Siri bend over backwards to please their customers. The register and serving crew Lisa and Isabel are great.“

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“
