I would have given 5 stars except for the young skinny Hispanic girl who works there and will completely ignore a long line of customers and just keep walking back and forth acting like she's cleaning or doing something that's so important but what's more important than taking care of a customer cuz if you don't have a customer paying then there's no business she needs to learn that“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. “I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner. Thank you, Curti for being such a wonderful person. You deserve all the success in the world!“

“I just tried this place this past Saturday .. it was my birthday and this was my special treat. My husband got a dozen (all different kinds from maple bacon to cannoli.. to apple cider whoopie pie and more! )..And omg.. Best. Donuts. Ever. They are (by far!) the most delicious, lightest, fluffiest melt in your mouth, loaded with flavor, huge and just all around most fantastic donuts I’ve ever had in my life!! In my opinion, no place around here even comes close to their flavor/texture and just overall quality. If you like donuts, no, even if you think you don’t like donuts, run, don’t walk to this place.. I promise one bite and you’ll be converted into a donut lover!!“

“I had the hot Cheetos rice dog and my 11 year daughter and niece each had a rice dog. Yummy. We also purchased 6 different flavors of mochi donuts. So good. The kids can not wait to go back . Definitely worth the 30 minute drive each way.“

“I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. “In a service station. 2 Brazilian Staff had trouble underage my order and made mistakes entering it. We took our time amd verified and corrected 3 times since i was the only customer. Could be very tricky in crowded times or if you need clarification on options, orders or food limitations and allergies.

“I came on on 3/11/2025 at 6:45. IT WAS PACKED. the manager on shift, I believe her name was Amanda, was absolutely killing the game. I haven't seen such efficiency and leadership since I left the military. She needs a raise or for dunkin corporate to gift her a store. The guy running the register had fantastic energy. All around impressed with the staff here. Great job everyone“
